Great hotel for pet owners Really easy check in. The check in was excellent, we requested a room away from people because our dog barks. They were very accommodating. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. Over all a really good stay. I would recommend this hotel for pet owners.

Fantastic experience Absolutely phenomenal staff that helped us park our truck & trailer when we first arrived, & helped again with letting us use some saran wrap for leftovers to take with us in the morning. Room was super comfortable & clean. Breakfast was yummy.

Passing through Clovis, new mexico. Clean rooms and friendly staff and Danny was super helpful and helping us with our parents! Pai was enjoyable and ready to serve us and other guests in the breakfast dining room, she is a great lady. Met some great guests passing through like us.

Great staff The young lady who greeted me and checked me in, made my day. She was happy, checked on a place near by where we could grab a bite to eat, and offered to get ice for me, as the ice machine on my floor was not in working order. When you are tired, it's nice to have a pleasant person greet you. Our room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. I would stay here again because of this one person who went out of her way and made me feel, I mattered.

Rude, Hateful, Screaming "Owner-Manager" We stay at every Best Western Hotel we can and always have a great experience. Not at the Clovis, New Mexico Best Western. We are Elite Members with over 400,000 points and use the points to help our agents with their expenses. The "owner-manager" refused to work with me over a mistake I made when reserving a room with points. He yelled at me over the phone, was rude, overbearing, and hateful and charged me another 28,000 points for a room for the next night. Never, Ever, Stay Here!
