Great Experience The manager, Shelby, was so kind and understanding. We had to cancel our stay due to a family emergency and she was so helpful! We will definitely be staying there on future trips. We really appreciate her help.

Good for overnight stay The hotel is older and needs a little updating (I think a new one is being built). The front desk person was friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a nice bathroom, large vanity. The hot tub was a nice way to relax. The breakfast was good with great biscuits. The hotel is pet friendly with a $25 pet fee. There was a nice place to walk the dog.

Nice, when needed A trip to Colorado between Christmas and New Year's came to a halt here as wind and snow closed roads farther west. During our stop in Colby deciding what to do, we saw the I-70 closed sign be activated. It was fortunate we found a room here as many other travelers were also looking for rooms. Later in the evening, the woman at the desk told me the dozens of people she turned away because they were sold out. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There is plenty of shopping, fuel and restaurants in the area. We had great Mexican! Breakfast the next morning was good and well taken care of. We were blessed to stay here when needed.

Fine hotel, scary elevator Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Elevator made godawful noises, had no posted inspection documentation, door occasionally wouldn’t open, and the posted fire instructions had faded to a blank sign.

Worst service we’ve EVER had!!! Nancy booked us a room as we were traveling. When we arrived they said the room we’d booked had been given to someone else but they had a smaller pet room for us. We have severe pet dander allergies. There are no other rooms available in town. Thanks Nancy!! It’s super great to serve after a very long day of travel to no where to rest. If I could give this hotel -100 stars I would!!!
