A very nice hotel Stayed 3 nights. Check In/Out was super smooth, just used the app with no issues. The room was clean and updated. Everything worked as it should. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with quite a few options and was always well stocked. There is a lot of seating available for breakfast which is not the case in some hotels. The lighthouse restaurant is adjacent but we did not go there during our stay. The hotel is less than a 10 minute drive from the airport and a short drive to downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain. Overall a great experience!

Bed bugs - beware!!!! Bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs. I stayed one night in Room 456 with three girls on a college visit to UVM. We were so tired after a 6 hour drive I didn’t do my normal bedding check before we collapsed into the beds. Found what I thought was a tick on my bed next morning, then developed massive welts all over my legs and arms by end of day after we checked out. The two girls who slept in the other bed have bites all over, so far none on girl who slept on sofa. Washing clothes and car and bags and still itching over a week later. No response from Hilton or hotel - notified them next day. Offical complaint two days after that. Nothing. The horror!!!!! Hard to face the parents of my daughter’s friends after I sent them home with bed bugs.

Will definitely come back The staff are friendly, from reception to housekeeping to kitchen staff. Loved their breakfast options. Lots of choices. My daughter loved the pool, the water is hot and it was clean and quiet when we were there. The rooms is clean and bed is comfortable except for the stains on the carpet that needed some deep cleaning. There is some food chain that is located close to the hotel such as Starbucks, mcdo, burger king, shaws etc. Another hilton hotel that didnt fail me! Will definitely come back!

Seen Better Days Like most Hampton Inns the building and rooms are showing signs of age. Our room had two beds. Both wooden frames creaked and both mattresses were soft and lumpy. Reading in bed was only possible when next to the shared bedside table as that's where the light was. The bathroom sink had a loose faucet that rotated when water was turned on.. On the plus side the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Like other Hampton Inns if you stay more than one night the room is not serviced the first night, luckily this time we were not caught out by that.

Lots of room for improvement This hotel is located in a bustling area. Unfortunately, the lobby is situated on the 3rd floor due to the hotel being built on a hill. Despite knowing this in advance, I managed to reserve a room on the lobby level, which at least made it convenient to access breakfast. However, it is worth mentioning that this hotel is in dire need of updates. Instead of Queen beds, they have double beds, which is quite puzzling considering there is enough space in the rooms to accommodate larger beds. Perhaps it's because the hotel is simply old. Throughout our 4-night stay, the room was never cleaned, even after requesting housekeeping service. We were left with trash and had to personally track down housekeeping to dispose of it. Furthermore, during breakfast, the staff displayed a "tip jar." It seems like these days everyone is looking for a tip, which I find distasteful. Besides, who brings their wallet to breakfast anyway? This experience was definitely not what I expected from a Hampton Inn.
