Fair room, exorbitant early cab ride. Not the best place but clean, and quiet. That being said, if you need an early cab ride to the airport do NOT ask the night guy to get you one. He said his "friend" would be there at 4am, and while he did show up, did not mention it would be over $50.00 for a 10 minute ride.

Outdated, dingy Got stuck in Atlanta due to Air Canada flight delay. This hotel was one on the list from Air Canada's vouchers where they picked up the cost. Just nasty and very very outdated. In need of serious cleaning. Glass shower door did not even fit the shower stall. Dingy. In need of a serious renovation.

Sleep Inn should remove their name from this hotel Fire alarm started chirping at 5 am, front desk said they would come up and fix it. They didn’t show up. Instead they reset it from their office. Fine, whatever, I miraculously was able to get back to sleep. Then at 6:30 am the fire alarm started chirping again. I called the front office again. They claimed they were resetting it, again. Then they called back to see if it was reset, it wasn’t. Finally they come up to fix it. Their fix was to remove it. So now you have an occupied hotel room without a smoke detector, I’m pretty sure laws were broken here. At that point I decided to check out their hot breakfast. Nope, they screwed that up too. There was no hot breakfast, there was a waffle iron, but no batter, there were cheese rolls, cereal, and yogurt. At least a continental breakfast would have fresh bread and fruit.done, I had an appointment for which I needed a full night’s rest. I had to reschedule my appointment for another date and travel back home. The whole reason for staying in this hotel was ruined by their lack of maintenance on critical systems. Not to mention their blatant false advertisement about their breakfast. Why does this hotel cost more? The name? I can see no reason to pay more than $40 a night to stay in this dump. Sleep Inn should be embarrassed to have their name on this steaming pile of dung.

NO NO NO Hotel should be condemned and reported to the health department This place should be condemned, black mold, broken windows, broken sink, floors, falling in, the list is endless. When we pointed out these things to the manager, he acted, shocked, embarrassed, said he would take care of it right away, but yet when you look on other sites, like yelp or Booking, you can see the reviews are just awful including the photos, which show the same manager, who acted like he never heard these complaints before. There are a lot of hotels in the area, this one is unfit for humans and should be reported to the health department. We stayed less than 6 hours and only because we checked in at 1 o’clock in the morning. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because Sonesta next-door gave away our reservation and this was our last resort. One good thing- the sheets smelled like bleach so at least that was clean.

It's OK if quite tired. It is *not* a Sleep Inn. This property would be perfectly fine if it was branded as a Knight's Inn, HoJo or Rodeway. It is not, and I mean "not" a Sleep Inn. How Choice is keeping this flagged as a Sleep Inn is beyond me. Checkin was friendly and the bed is comfortable. Had I purchased this expecting a Rodeway I'd be pleased. The property is ratty. Loud bathroom fans, 10 year old TV and gross carpet are the annoyances. You do get a fridge, microwave and competent heat and air. It's a place to sleep with a Ruby Tuesday next door. Unless Sleep Inn has dropped its brand standard, this is a last legs property which needs to be downbranded - now.
