Well Worth It Check in was smooth and desk staff was pleasant. Room was immaculate and bed was comfortable. Really liked that the Samsung TV had the Samsung control available, which allowed you to shift inputs. The TV was mounted in such a way that the HDMI ports on the TV were easily accessible for your Firestick to stream. Breakfast was good; egg omelettes, sausage patties and links, biscuits and gravy, and pancakes. Room was VERY reasonably priced.

Great stay Staff was amazing. Friendly thru out the stay. Will definitely be returning. John Green was especially helpful as he assisted us in finding the rooms we needed and assisted on both days. He even remembered our names and addressed us by them all weekend long.

Night Stay Before Dental Appointments The front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. The outside property was very well kept and clean and even though they were renovating in the hotel, it was not chaotic, it was a very comfortable stay. The bed was so amazing! The soft pillows are dreamy and I would love to have 2 of them for my husband and me. We just snuggled in the duvet because it was very snuggleable and we didn’t want to get out of the bed. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Noisy hotel I deliberately looked for something that I thought would be quality instead of “motel” and decided to spend more money to ensure a good stay. The room was very noisy. You could hear the neighbors TV in our room, you could hear peoples conversations, kids running up & down the hall and running upstairs. I asked to be moved to a different room & nothing else was available on 12/04 evening. Went to breakfast found out it wasn’t included & $10.99 a person. Back doors were not locked/ sign that states “for your protection these doors are locked at all times.” LIES…..they are not, they are UNLOCKED at all times! Ceiling was not sealed all the way and you could hear noise from other people in other rooms.

Dirty, Run Down Should lose Franchise I accidently reserved a 3 night stay at this Holiday Inn Express instead of The Holiday Inn Express located on 3041 Plaza Centre Court. The lobby, room floor, elevator are dirty. There is very little light in the room. It is very run down. I would never stay here. I am surprised that this Holiday Inn is part of the IHG Chain. I requested a transfer to the Holiday Inn 3041 Plaza Centre Court, Bryan Texas. Mallory at the front desk called the Holiday Inn at Plaza Centre to check availability. We signed a Transfer Form and checked in at the clean, modern updated Holiday Inn Express at Plaza Centre Court. The hotels are located approx 2-4 miles apart; both off University Drive. Mallory was wonderful about the mix up. I paid extra for a large room with couch at the E. University Hotel. I will request Holiday Inn refund some monies as The Plaza Centre Court had only a Standard Room available for 3 nights. IHG should revoke this Franchise. I am a IHG Gold Member
