Very good experience The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Had a room on the 7th floor with a nice view.Only thing I didn't like was the $12 parking fee per car per day.We had 2 cars so that was an unexpected surprise Room service from Bar was good.i would definetly stay here again.

Staff nice but would not return Stayed here for a week to deal with a family matter in Riverside. It was ok but would not go back. Pros: Staff were great and a number of breakfast options. Walkable to a Starbucks and burger place. Easy on / off freeway. Cons: location is in between freeway and train tracks. Bring ear plugs. But more importantly the hotel needs a deep clean - washing of walls ( in room and hallways) and all high touch/ traffic points. It’s a busy hotel and It shows it’s age. Also needs more frequent/ better garbage collection and vacuum cleaning. It was 100f + the entire time and the hallways in the hotel did not get a/c. People leaving refuse / takeout containers in the hallway resulting in horrible smells on entire floor. Have spent extended periods at IHG properties for work, this was the first one I was tempted to check out of early and pay extra for a night somewhere else. Cant blame staff. All friendly and working hard, but likely just not enough staff.

A very good experience, but with a little more attention to details, could be a great experience.... I was working in the area and stayed here for a week at the end of June. The grounds are neat and well kept, with a decorative security fence surrounding the property, so the parking lot seems pretty secure....important since this property is in a more commercial area rather than a residential area. The lobby, breakfast room and common areas are clean and somewhat inviting.... the elevator "lobbys" on each floor are pretty industrial feeling and could use some warming up to match the rest of the common areas. The pool area was clean, relaxing and well stocked with towels. My single king room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were awesome, Holiday Inn's seem to have the best pillows in both soft and firm. The bathroom was clean and fully stocked with Dove liquid soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, always a nice touch. My A/C unit worked perfectly from a wall mounted thermostat. The breakfast was just ok for me. I've had much better breakfast's at other Holiday Inn's. Many of the same items as other Holiday Inn's, but not executed as well. A few times, the eggs and bacon were overcooked and the sausage was very greasy. The omelets and hashbrowns are always good, so the breakfast wasn't a complete loss. All of the employees that I encountered, were friendly and helpful! Overall, it was a nice experience that could do with a little more attention to some details. I will definitely stay here again.

Check out issues Hotel itself is needing an upgrade and they appear to be working on it. The reason for the low rating is because they were running reports when I checked out therefore couldn't check me out at that time so I requested that email me my receipt. It took 7 phone calls over 3 days to get my receipt. Completely unacceptable, makes my paperwork late. It's not likely I'll come back here.

Good enough stay with a few glitches Decent value and good breakfast selections, but a few details need attention. No towels or sanitary wipes in the gym and missing 10 lb. weights. Bed was comfortable but A/C wasn't functioning so room got too warm for my husband to get comfortable sleep. We mentioned these issues to the front desk ... hopefully they'll be addressed. I hope this isn't a duplicate review--I'm not sure if my first attempt was finalized
