Motel overnight stay FAirfield Inns are always very good as you travel. Now with Covid the stay is greatly modified ..... there is no beverages such as coffee or tea and in the morning there Is no form of a breakfast even it was a bag to go with sealed food stuffs. The room was clean but it never hurts to take your own santification efforts by wipeing handles, knobs , remote controls , etc.........

Nice building. Poor management, service, and amenities Newer construction, always welcome. Poor maintenance and oversight. Shower door poorly sealed and caulked and water leaked all over the floor. 4th floor button was punched out (missing) on the only elevator that seemed to be working, meaning you had to get off of the third floor and draft your stuff up the steps. Breakfast was served in paper bags, including a janky precooked tiny egg-like disc on a small roll. Coffee in lobby was nasty. Sign on the front door said "masks required" but none of the staff wore masks and of course no enforcement. The doors to each room are on hinges that slam shut with a huge bang. The folks next to me had kids and were sharing a room with their parents across the hall. Every time they went in and out the door slammed and my room shook. A colleague staying in another room told me the shower curtain was moldy and she found a (cheap) necklace on the floor - obviously not vacuumed. At $165 a night, plus taxes, cvb fees, and the usual array of surcharges bringing the room to just under $190 a night, this was a terrible experience. Marriott should be on the case. Yes, a franchise, but it has YOUR name on it.

Awful, Dirty Room Room was uncleaned, the front desk wasn’t responding to calls, nobody was at the desk when I walked down, there was hair all over the bed, crumbs on counters, stains on chairs, etc. would not recommend

Disgusting, understaffed. Cancelled our 2nd night and going elsewhere. GROSS. Garbage cans in foyer and breakfast area are overflowing. No napkins at breakfast. No paper towels in lobby restrooms. Hallway floors with much debris (need vacuum). Hotel room has no shampoo. Shower has 1cm chunks of moss/algae (mustard color) floating around drainage hole. Shower produces sewage smell when running. Toilet has a bit of fecal matter on seat (NOT CLEAN). Only one in-lamp power outlet for charging devices (it's 2021 in the USA, how about some outlets/USB ports?) I've stayed in cleaner hotels in Central America as a backpacking tourist at $10/night. Seriously. Pandemic staffing issues? Now it becomes the customer's problem. Poor value, not consistent with the Marriott brand or 1st-world USA standards. Don't walk from this one. RUN. (Front desk staff is friendly, but needs a ton of help to run the place--not their fault.)
