Good and Excellent Hotels is okay but does need several upgrades. It isn’t excellent as described in the details and definitely wasn’t worth the price that was paid. The receptionist, housekeeper, and kitchen staff were amazing. The breakfast was pleasing and clean.

Good for a quick stay This was a stop during a leg of our journey. Room was reasonably clean, staff was nice and the pool was open although it rained. Close to I-20 but we didn't hear the traffic. Breakfast was good and hot. Lots of gas stations and restaurants nearby.

Worst hampton Worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. I travel on government business. Arrived 10 pm for late check in, no one at the front desk. No one appeared for 25 minutes: this is not a safe and acceptable business practice for a hotel. We went behind front desk to search for clerk, anyone could have ransacked hotel or accosted guests. Then room was unacceptable: mattress on bed was metal innerspring and uncomfortable, not a mattress. Shower door handles broken. Room was clean. Called front desk to complain, no answer. Went down to front desk and again front desk has no one there.

Affordable Accommodation The hotel was very affordable. The staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were spacious with enough amenities for my stay. The hotel is off of the main road so the areas outside were private.

Not ADA Friendly I have a registered service dog and was charged a pet fee. The manager, Valencia, stated my dog was NOT a service animal even though I have his registration and that she would not remove the fee. She then asked me what my disability was, which is against the ADA rules. I have never before felt discriminated against until this visit. I will not stay at this location again as long as Valencia manages the location.
