We would stay there again! I am giving this hotel 5 stars because of the integrity they showed during our last stay there on May 9th. When we checked out, we inadvertently left a dirty clothes bag and a new black jacket in the closet in the room. When we called the next day, those items were turned in to the front desk by their employee Brittney Burt and we were able to make arrangements to pick the items up a week later. The manager, Kelly Miller, was very helpful in making arrangements for us to retrieve the items. It is not often that this happens. I commend the manager, Kelly Miller, and their employee Brittney Burt for running such an honest and helpful establishment. The hotel rooms were clean and their breakfast was good.

Nice Spacious Room First off: I can’t discuss price because work paid. First impression the rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable. Shower pressure was also good. Rooms contain mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Free breakfast. Pool was closed during my stay but looked nice. Fitness room was small but equipped well. Guest laundry near lobby. Conveniently located to highway, shops and restaurants. It was a good stay, however I definitely could hear highway traffic a bit. It wasn’t overpowering where it ruined my sleep but present. That was only minor issue.

Holiday Inn Express We stayed at Holiday Inn Express on I-20 and Clemson. The service was great. The room was very clean when we checked in. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also great! They offer a variety of foods. I really love their cinnamon rolls. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.

2 King beds This was a road trip stop. I was pleasantly surprised to find a room with 2 king beds instead of 2 of us needing to cram into the not quite queen size beds in most hotels or someone suffering on a sleep sofa. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. There was some road noise and the old school window A/C was what you'd expect. Not bad for a stop.

What a sham! ! We have stayed at many holiday inns in several states. We are 2 TWO people who choose 2 TWO beds and need 2 TWO chairs to sit and relax after a long day. This hotel has only a desk chair in the rooms with 2 beds. The beds are at least 3.5 feet off the floor (seriously! I am 5'3" and the mattress top is at my waist) so there is no way I can comfortably sit on it. We booked this room for 2 adults. When I asked at the front desk I was told that's how the rooms are. They certainly are not like this in other Holiday inn express we have frequented. We certainly will not be using them again and will spread the word around about this one.
