Scam Alert Scam alert. I'm a non-smoker, but was charged $250 for smoking in the room. No smoke alarm record, no knock on the door, no comment upon checking out. Scam pure and simple. Stay well away from this location.

Avoid Took 20 minutes for someone to come to the counter. Literally, 15 to 20 minutes standing there. Maintenance worker bumming cigarettes off two of the cleaning people. First room wasn’t ready so I had to go back to the counter and get a second room. It was absolutely abhorrent, how dirty it was. Make up on the curtains, destroyed carpet, yellow stains on the bed, smell of mildew in the bathroom with paint chipping from around an access point behind the toilet. Food was nonexistent 1 hour after breakfast started (7 am). Took another half hour for 8 pieces of sausage to come out. Orange juice was water, even the kids wouldn’t drink it. Trashcan was a small office size trash can, trash was piled on and around it till I left for the day, around 10:30am.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years. Best part was leaves mg. Dirty, room smells like smoke, old worn out carpet ( as in, holes), dim lightbulbs, stained comforter, old paint, holes on the wall, chipped woodwork- all in all likely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in years. Would definitely not recommend. Cheap and there’s a reason. It is in great need of basic care and updating.

Helpful, polite, & nice added treats Everything looked, new, fresh and modern both in the lobby as well as in my guest room. I especially enjoyed the staff service & was recognized & thanked for being a diamond member of the hotel rewards program. Fresh coffee, several different types of hit tea & lemon ice water were available first st and 2nd shift. Breakfast was superb & featured a side variety of both freshly cooked hot items, dairy selections, juice, fresh fruit and more. I never had a problem getting more towles when I needed them,. The housekeeping staff was very courteous and respectful & the front desk made the daily payment process a breeze. I have no one negative thing to say about my stay here. I will definitely be back

Improvement needed The hotel was close to the interstate and restaurants. My first impression was the parking lot had trash all over and the front entrance trash can was overflowing (as it was the morning I checked out). Efficient check in and the front desk staff was helpful in finding a place to eat. Wifi was intermittent. Comfortable mattress. There were limited plugs and USB by the bed. The indoor pool was large but closed. The ice machine on the first floor was not working. My room was one room away from the exit on the first floor. People were constantly going in/out of the exit and the door would slam. The door slamming woke me up several times during the late night and in the middle of the night. The vending machine was empty. I was given the weekend breakfast hours so I almost missed breakfast when I was checking out on Monday. Breakfast was the usual Choice hotel chain breakfast (continental plus hot choices) which was good. The breakfast lady was friendly and very helpful. When I went to brush my teeth, there was a roach in the cup with my toothbrush. I threw away my toothbrush and got a new one from the front desk. As an elderly woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe with the constant activity at the exit door by my room.
