Family vacation Wonderful accommodation, professional staff,helpful housekeeper. Always stay here for my visit in Downey ca with family. Clean floors,wifi very good, close to Starbucks. Bed so comfortable newly remodel kitchenette.

excellent place with mini kitchnettes Amazing stay my little place for get away . Always welcomed great place to stay . Remodeled kitchenette are very good . clean , welcoming , housekeepers are also friendly and welcoming. Front desk clerks always welcoming and helpful .

Clean and quiet The room was cute with a lil mini kitchenette. it was clean and quiet especially considering that its right by a busy street. The only complaint is that the water didnt get very hot in the shower. I would absolutely stay here again when I go to LA

Very spacious Stayed the weekend. Bed is comfy. Overall decent. I was very impressed with the room until I dropped something on the floor by the vanity and saw a dirty floss stick under the sink. Made me wonder how well they sweep.

Can't complain We stayed for 1 week. We reserved online, about 2 months ahead specifically asked for bottom floor, when checking in the man was kinda rude! He said they didn't have any bottom floors available so he sent us to the 3 floor! We had been traveling for a long time now so we just kept it. When we walked in I noticed that on of the bed covers, wasn't the best. It looked like it had a couple of greasy looking set in stains, but whatever no big deal... the kitchenette was convenient, the room was over all clean, and the house keepers where very helpful/friendly. The only bad part was that unlike Motel 6, pets DO NOT stay free. You have to pay $10 per day for pets._ which they dont tell you about until you are checking in. Overall I guess the stay was pretty good. Oh, the entrance/exciting of the property is kinda inconvenient because it's a busy street and there's blind spots coming out. Watch out for the bums on the bikes that come out if no where, we almost ran TWO over!
