Good place to stay The room was good-sized and very clean, and the bed was very comfy. The layout of the room was very functional. The kitchen was well equipped. We traveled with our dog, the staff was accommodating with dog treats and lots of love for dogs. The parking lot had lots of room for our truck and trailer.

Worst Customer Service at a Hotel in my Life A two-night stay that was a disaster, and every layer of customer service was a dis-service. The toilet was unusable in my room - a coffee maker not working? OK, but the toilet?? Fix it, or find me another room. The evening manager failed to fix it, promised it would be fixed the next morning. The morning manager was reminded and promised to fix it. The evening manager was back that night when I returned and discovered it was still broken, and promised to get to it. Obviously, a critical item in my room was not working, and there was no accommodation made. I finally asked for a partial refund (I was trying to be reasonable) and was refused. I then appealed for partial refund via my credit card and was refused by the property. What a horrible experience, and what a horrible place to stay. The difference between this property and the half dozen others around it? Customer Service. Where do you feel welcome? Where do you feel confident the room is clean, serviced, and ready for you? Definitely not Candlewood Suites in Conway.

Traveler beware! Rude management!!! Checked in. Not satisfied with room, no outlets for two CPAP and torn chair. General Manager Sloene Sutton was very rude, raised her voice to me and my husband when I informed her I was going to leave a bad review then threatened to kick me out when I informed her she was not going to raise her voice to me. Totally unacceptable attitude and very unprofessional. IHG does not need people like her working for them!

Clean and spacious, bad wifi The room was spacious and very clean and the staff was very friendly, but the wifi would NOT connect to my game system. The lack of wifi is a big hit for me as it's a convenience I have become accustomed to. Works just fine on my phone but on the system (PS4) it just basically gave me the run around for nothing.

Don’t waste your time or money! Absolutely one of the worst stays at a hotel In a long time. My room was cleaned 3 times out of the 8 weeks I stayed I even asked 3 separate times to have the day changed to a day that we weren’t here (which was the original cleaning day until my room was left unlocked and unattended 3 days for anyone that wanted to go in (luckily nothing was stolen)
