New management making positive changes New manager making a noticeable difference. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 2 years. This time when I walked in the door I immediately knew something was different. The lobby was clean and smelled nice. All new employees all of which were very friendly. All seemed happy. My stay was the best it has ever been here. Would like to see some more breakfast options. Great job on making changes. I will be returning next month.

My last stay as if they care As a 15-year customer this stay at La Quinta will be our Family's last. The untrained Night clerk (who seemed to me to be on some type of drugs) that was on duty the night of August 3, 2024, was the rudest and loudest yelling person that I have run across run in a very long time. Went to the front desk to ask for assistance with my room TV and her response was that she had no one to help me because all the other employees had walked out that day without notice and started Yelling that maybe I should find another hotel. Must be hard to find good help in Conway, AR. Place was dirty, room was not made up and the Toilet ran all night. No more Wyndham for me will give my money to some other business, place was almost empty anyway.

Cleanliness Everything was ok at this hotel except one of the comforters had a blood stain, and the elevator button wasn’t working most times to go to the 1st floor.

Nasty! Roaches and filthy. The entire place smelled, there was blood on our sheets, food on the floor and roaches. The internet didn’t work the entire time and there was no breakfast left an hour before its ending time.
