Family Gathering We came from New Orleans to Georgia for our holiday family gathering. The commute from the hotel to the house was about 15 minutes (one way). Hotel is close to the Interstate which was a plus since we traveled every day to and from Lithonia. Breakfast was decent. The kids loved making their own waffles! Staff was really nice. Thanks to KAYLA for being so patient and nice and for putting in rooms near each other. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to family & friends. I would definitely stay here again. PS - Please put lemon water in the dispenser in the lobby

Nice hotel, just having a bad night We arrived around 8:30pm 7 April 2022, notified the desk clerk at 9pm the bathroom light was out only as an FYI, at 10:30 our phone was ringing. The desk clerk asked us to change rooms because housekeeping had not cleaned the room. The room was cleaned properly. Their internet, and associated systems were out due to a prior storm so I'm guessing they were unable to keep up with who cleaned what. No compensation was offered for waking me up or for having to shower by cell phone flashlight. Very frustrating stay. The breakfast "buffet" was a joke. Just enough to say they had one.

: Christmas Visit My husband and I drove from Ohio 12 hours to GA., got here on Friday evening. We got out and about Saturday mid morning and cpame back to the hotel and the electronic lock did not work. Long story short the battery in the electronic lock stopped working. The manager told us to go downstairs and wait in the long until they fixed the lock. About 20 minutes later they came back and said we have to move to the other end of the hall because they didn't know for sure if the locks would do the same thing. I had unpacked my suit case and also had gone to the farmers market and bought fruit, plus we had bought dinner back to the room. After the long drive it was irritating to have to do all this. The front desk girl offered to help but I didn't want anyone handling my clothes and personal things. My husband later went down stairs and told them how disappointed he was that they would put us in such an OLD room and put us through the headache. We have been choice hotel members forever. We travel a lot and stay most of the time in comfort inn. (Back when this hotel chain was much newer). Anyway, he didn't yell at any one but expressed his aggravation. Next thing we knew the manager(Sue) called our room and told us to pack our stuff and get out. It's about 5:30pm. ARE YOU KIDDING!!! I didn't believe it so we went down stairs to ask if they were serious. YES, THEY WANTED US OUT. There is no freedom of speech. She was offended that we were unhappy with the hotel. But SO WHAT!!! We were tired and agitated but they could have been more professional. Instead she (Sue) talked to us like she owned the hotel, really, really rough and nasty and said since you don't like my hotel GET OUT!!! WE HAD TO LEAVE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE EVENING WITH NO RESERVATIONS ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I was so OFFENDED!!! I'LL NEVER, EVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! The hotel is OLD anyway. MANAGEMENT SUCKS. IF you book with a third party like priceline, Expedia, hotwire, booking etc. They are going to give you the WORST rooms in the hotel!!! The duvet covers are too short to cover your head and your feet it's either one or the other. The chairs are so old and beat up and there is no foot rest. The wall paper is peeling, Really sad. I was never so MISTREATED IN MY LIFE. We got in with Hilton Garden Inn. Got a great price. The exercise room and pool are open. They have a breakfast menu and a little shop AND they are walking distance from the Mall. This is my new home away from home. COZY!!!

We won’t return Flood light outside window (1st floor) kept room bright all night despite (inadequate) blackout curtain. Toilet seat about to fall off. Bathroom lighting POOR. We were put in room next to ice maker and we heard people getting ice all night long. No evidence of extra sanitizing done. No TV info. Just overall poor. We’ve stayed here several times pre-pandemic, and it was always okay, but has gone downhill in the interim.

Vacation stop Easy, right off the Interstate but still quiet. Staff good with quick check in. Standard Comfort Inn room. Clean. We thought the mattress was decent. TV, AC, fridge, etc all worked. Several restaurants close. Breakfast was (again) standard but good for the facility. And, there's a McD's right across the street if you prefer a McGriddle (lol). Bottom line: I'd stay there again for sure.
