Comfort Inn & Suites Cookeville

Relaxing 4th Check in was smooth and accommodating even during the busy holiday. Handicap accessible. Room is cozy and clean. Very spacious for a good price. Smoke free, but a nice designated smoke area. Close to county fireworks location. Kind staff. Free breakfast with spacious dining area.

Poor customer service room was needing repairs and/ updates! We were visiting family . Honestly we were not there much , but stopped at the front desk at 10 am., and I asked that our room be cleaned. We returned late 10:30 pm . Our room had not been touched . We had to go get supplies for the next day it was church for us , towels etc. Another couple at breakfast said they would not be back.Our curtains were falling off, the refrigerator held in by a piece of wood and the elevator was broken. So the same thing the next day, except housekeeping picked the garbage we bagged and gave us fresh towels. When we checked out we expressed our disappointments , the front desk said the “housekeeping people do not speak English”-not sure why that matters since I spoke to the desk clerk. They said we already got a discount so there was nothing they could do. Our discount was my AAA that I pay for. Nothing to do with them .

Great Stay We stopped here on our way to Pigeon Forge. Check in was fast and the cold water and chocolate chip cookie at check in was a nice relief from a long hot drive. We had a king bed room facing the back of the property. Quiet area. Room had a separate living area with sofa and coffee table. We didn't use the refrigerator or coffee maker. Hair dryer located in bathroom. Breakfast the next morning had several choices. Wish we had had time for the indoor pool

Not Great This hotel was lacking in most instances. Here are the things that were out of order that we wished to use: Coffee for breakfast (machine out of order), Juice for breakfast (machine out of order), swimming pool, work-out machine. The breakfast was by far lacking in anything edible. The sausage that was there had to be taken away because it was undercooked. My husband had eaten one and felt a little queasy, but no one ever said anything to us. I saw a boy who had it on his plate and they took it away. Not having anything to drink with breakfast (coffee or juice) is unacceptable. Whoever is running this place needs to have some back-up plans for their customers. Luckily, there was a McDonalds next door and we had breakfast there (not really a great choice, but better than the one at the hotel). We were put in the room on the first floor that was next to the ice machine and the laundry. You would not believe the noise we heard all night long. Hopefully, this is not the way they do business ordinarily, however, I wouldn't stay there again. The only staff member who was the least bit congenial was the person who checked us in. He was very helpful. After that, no one seemed to care at all about customer service.

Very nice property Good location for visiting TN. Comfortable bed and all amenities worked. It is in a lot with Comfort Suites adjacent so make sure you are clear on which one you have booked. Didn’t have breakfast. Internet and TV worked as expected. Parking OK but narrow spaces and lots of. If trucks in TN.
