This is a very good choice! WE came here and were a little confused as there were 2 Comfort Suites beside each other. We were in probably the older of the 2 on the ground floor and found it very good. The breakfast was prety much normal and we were delighted to see prepackaged blueberry muffins. They were not Otis Spunkmeyer that we have seen other places. Wish they were as these were drie out. Wild stay here again

Doors do not lock and hotel needs cleaning terribly Dirty and door wouldn't lock! Those are my 2 biggest concerns with this hotel. Check in time is 3, we called to see for an earlier check in and they said they were swamped so thats understandable. Came at 3 and Noone is here. Place is empty. Lobby is filled with crumbs and food all over the floor. Left for the day lobby looked the same at 10 pm. Hotel room has hairs, the "new" roll of t.p has brown spots on it. We exchanged it for a newer roll. Tub doesn't drain well with shower. Floors make your socks black! Nothings been cleaned well. We notice the safety latch on inside door is loose and has been replaced but not well. No strike plate on door jamb! Here's the catch, our door opened from the outside with out a key. So if you didn't check like we did either your items could be stolen or someone could come in at night. Told manager and showed them door not locking. They could care less. Have never been to a worse place. Definitely not a family hotel. We stayed 1 night only.

AVERAGE AT BEST As a Choice Privileges Member, I routinely stay with the Choice Hotel Brands. I made my reservations using the Choice Website. Arriving on site, I discovered that there are two separate Choice Hotel located adjacent to each other. One is a Comfort Suites and the other is a Comfort Inn & Suites. I went to the wrong one initially and had to walk next door to the correct hotel. Upon arrival at the correct hotel, I discovered this is evidently an older hotel with a small lobby. There were two other parties ahead of me checking in so with only one desk clerk this was a slow process. On the way up to my room there was a trash can in the hall with used towels in it. This is not what guests want to see. When I finally arrived in my room, I found it to be for the most part clean, however I did find a used washcloth in the corner under the sink and there were a couple of stains on the carpet. The bed was comfortable. The wi-fi in my room served my purpose but was slow especially during peak evening hours. I was kicked offline a couple of times during the evening. I did not go to breakfast at this hotel opting instead to have breakfast at a nearby Cracker Barrel. This hotel is older and dated. Service is average at best. The next time I am in Cookeville, I will choose to stay elsewhere.

Would stay here again! Room 304, was clean and bed comfortable. Nice separate sitting area (couch). 0 issues with this stay and would recommend to friends and family. It's property next door I have no experience with, but at check in, we were told it's your "basic" hotel and not as nice and the suites

Quiet comfort Best night’s sleep I’ve had in a month! Super quiet hotel nestled between two other hotels and far enough away from the interstate so that you don’t hear the highway noise. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I frequently stay in hotels and this was by far the best hotel stay I’ve had in a couple of years.
