Rodeway Inn & Suites Corona

No hospitality here My first warning should have been the non refundable payment. These people do not care about customer comfort only money. I looked at 3 rooms before accepting 1. Missing mirrors, broken drawers in every piece of furniture, and the bed was so soft my back hurt in the morning. The desk clerk was extremely rude to me, and the wifi was not secure. I can honestly not think of 1 positive statement to make about this place. Save your stay for any other place in Corona this is definitely not worth it.

Disgusting, filthy, neglected My wife booked this room for us through another site as a non-refundable reservation, because we knew we would make the trip to assist elderly family members in the area. We initially were given a room that smelled so bad we wouldn’t even enter the room. The clerk gave us another room and when we entered it I couldn’t believe the FILTH. The room floors were dirty, dresser drawers wouldn’t close, drywall chunks missing, the shower curtain mounts were falling off the wall, the windows hadn’t been cleaned in who know how long, the couch in the room literally looked like it had been drug out of an alley and was FILTHY. The bathroom door was failing near the top, the closet shelf was filthy, and there was no alarm clock in the room. The bedding was discolored and the floors have no carpet at all. The toilet required the handle to be kept in the down position in order for it to properly flush, There is graffiti on the second level landing. I didn’t sleep well at all, felling like there were probably bugs all over the room because of the FILTHY conditions. When I showered in the morning, the towel that I opened to dry off was also FILTHY. If it wasn’t so late in the evening when we arrived, we wouldn’t have stayed at all. The owners and management should be ashamed and embarrassed by this disgusting hotel. Don’t waste your money, stay elsewhere.

HVAV Violation The hotel looks clean. But it 8s far from sanitary. The shower walls smelled like toothpaste, body odor, and hospice, The filter in the air conditioner was clogged, which caused me to get a very serious head cold and upper respiratory infection as well as swollen glands. The managers or owners refused any compensation stating why would I comment the hotel then complain about it. This HVAC issue is a serious issue and based on HVAC laws, this filthy air conditioner could be used as a biological weapon, to a person or customer you were not happy with. It is very dangerous, dander, pet hair, spores, bacteria, all sorts of stuff are gathered by the filter, which can be very dangerous and or unhealthy if not properly maintained. I got very very sick, I am pretty mad about that whole issue with this hotel manager and choice rewards. Corona is very nice, ask for the filter cleaned prior to renting, and a removable shower head so you can properly clean the bathroom after you check in.

Great price and great stay. Very pleasant stay with the family. Decor is updated, clean and modern. Easy, check in with no hassle. Even when I asked for early check in, they were able to accommodate with ease. Definitely will stay again.

Looks cleans, and clean are not the same thing This is a nice hotel in a nice neighborhood. It is in good shape with nice furniture, and looks like it is clean. But it is very unsanitary. The shower head is stationary, so it c as not be used to clean the shower. This shower smelled like Tooth pastes, Body Pdor, and the shower curtain smelled like Hospice. The airconditioner filter has not been cleaned, so the first night I got very sick with an upper re respirtaory infection and headache from checking. The second night I got more sick CV k and the room was uncomfortable hot. I told the owners, and they really did not care. I called choice rewards, and the owner told the dem, I com eme Ted the hotel then complained about it, so no compensation would be given. Stay at your own risk. Corona has awesome weather.
