Seen better days This hotel is in a great location and has very nice views. The staff is nice , the room was clean and the beds are comfortable. This is about all it has going for it. The hotel desperately needs some remodeling. It's very old and everything in the room shows it, from the dingy towels to the bathroom and furniture. The air conditioning worked but apparently it was a little spent because the ceiling started leaking with the condensation. The bathroom does not have a fan and stays wet after a shower. So much so that even the toilet starts accumulating condensation. The amenities are minimal, although there are a few, there aren't many and the quality is very low. There is no coffee in the room but they do have a fridge and microwave. They don't have complimentary water in the lobby unless you ask for it. I will definitely not stay here again if I can help it.

Worst hotel ever The worst hotel ever, there was mold and the wall literally feel in our room. Honestly this is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Traded rooms three times all the rooms were old very very small bathroom, it is like a Motel, AC leaking, dirty room stains on blanket sheets(bring your own). To be honest this hotel should be condemned. Never ever staying here again. Yes customer service was great, rooms are very old and walls falling mold. Please if you have kids too. Don’t go..

Stay away, pictures very old and misleading. Very poor rundown, not updated property. Items in room were dirty, scuffed torn and worn out. You had to be very careful using bathroom sink as both faucet knobs had already been twisted off and were barely attached and ready to come off again. Staff was unfriendly. Nighttime street racing made for a sleepless night. Overall horrible stay!

Wet floors and outdated rooms The hotel is a 4/10 at best. Rooms are outdated but the bed was comfortable. Water dripped from the ceiling and my carpet was wet (unsure if it happens often- hotel staff didn't seem concerned). Reserved a ride to the hotel which I was surprised they had but the bus left early and I was told even though I made the reservation they may have had a customer that wanted to leave early.

DO NOT GO ! HARD TO CALL IT A HOTEL AND IT SHOULDN'T BE !! This is the worst hotel that we have stayed at. run down! i am actually very surprised how it is still running and not shut down as it should be!!! or at least go through an inspection !! how did it pass the safety guidelines?? it is very old building that seems like it was built in the 18th.century! carpet is worn down, stained and smells bad. their AC system is very old that it dripped water and makes carpet wet. apparently, they know about it! appliances are old and rusted! the soap in the bathroom is so tiny that after 3 or 4 hand wash, it is gone! the next morning, i called the front desk 3 times to get a soap and have the bathroom cleaned (as it is required by Texas law to maintain Hygenic sanitation daily for hotel industries). no one showed up. I had to call the 4th.times and asked for a manager and expressed my concerns. she did send someone which is good, but this should have been a basic standard of service and not a Hassel to get a new towel and have a trash cleaned!! they have parking garage, but the lines are so faded that you can barely see them which makes parking harder! honestly i could go on and on but let me stop here for now! bottom line ... worst place and save yourself a headache by going somewhere else. the only good thing about this place is the location. its by the ocean and we had a decent view. the girls in the restaurant for breakfast were friendly and nice. definitely would never come back. go anywhere else!
