Stay elsewhere I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a two night stay and the best thing I can say is that the carpet in our room looked clean. From the moment of arrival the stay was terrible. Half the entrance drive to the hotel is blocked by a large dilapidated shed purportedly there for motorcycles (there were none). When we arrived the desk clerk was on the phone for quite some time while we stood waiting at the counter and when he got off he didn't even apologize for the delay. The pool looks unsanitary in that the water is so cloudy you can't even see the steps. I wouldn't use it myself no less let children in it. Interior hallway floors are just painted concrete and the paint is worn and dirty. The paint around the elevator doors is chipped and scrapped off. I could go on and on about the poor physical condition of the hotel. The breakfast room has all the charm of a prison dining hall. Even though there were several TV's in the room none of them were turned on and tables and chairs were just stacked in one end of the dining area. Half the juice machine was out of order. There person who worked there just hung on a stair railing and didn't seem to do much of anything. There were no kleenex in the room and only one miniscule bar of soap. When we went out at approximately 9 am I stopped at the desk and asked the manager for an extra soap and kleenex. When we returned at approximately 5 pm there was still no kleenex and no extra soap in the room plus there had been no room clean-up. When I went to the desk they tried to give me a roll of toilet paper instead of kleenex and when I inquired why the room hadn't been made up I was told they only do rooms on the third day of a stay because of COVID. A ridiculous reason since COVID was 4 years ago. When I pressed, they said it was just like Walmart who had cut their hours (although I'm not sure what Walmart hours have to do with the hotel) and one of the employees at the desk finally admitted they did this just to save money. In summary this hotel's rates are comparable to others but you get a lot less. A third rate property.

Horrible front desk personell The front dest charged my card that I gave for incedentals without speaking to me. They charged me for a room I had already paid for through a third party. I was eventually refunded but the woman at the front (Amy) was so incredibly rude and had the most condescending tone. I will no longer stay at any Wyndham after this expierence. I am truly disgusted. They wanted to charge me $450 TOTAL for two mediocre rooms for one night. This is nowhere near a 5 star hotel that deserves that kind of money. I am glad the issue was eventually fixed but I should not have had to deal with that.

Amazing staff! Newly renovated. The staff at both check in and out were both professional and kind. My room was huge and newly renovated as was the lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast was fresh and hot with a variety of items to choose from. The best of all was the housekeeping ladies helped me with my luggage cart to my car as I was struggling with my service animal to push it and hold his leash at the same time! So kind of her and them to be so helpful!! What an amazing experience! I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area. The hotel is within driving and/or walking distance to several restaurants and or stores.

Nice hotel if you have an outside room. Stayed here for 2 nights as part of Travelsphere holiday tour group from the UK. We were allocated a top floor room at the rear of the property which was lovely to be able to get fresh air and look out to the mountains. Breakfast was reasonable with proper teabags. Walmart is a 5 minute stroll away if needed, plus there’s a nice restaurant/grill next door to the hotel.
