Clean, comfortable, and fun! We loved our stay!!! Everything was better than we expected and the price was great. We recently stayed at a high end hotel at three times the rate and it wasn’t even half the quality of the Corvallis Best Western. We are definitely going back!! Our kids had space to spread out and the kitchen was a real kitchen! There was a real stove, not a hot plate with real dishes to use too. It was nice to get a suite that was actually a suite.

Made A reservation and canceled it the next day due to severe illness and no refund given We reserved a room for three nights to attend our sons graduation commencement ceremony at OSU. We were also extended our stay for three nights to celebrate our honeymoon. We reserved the room on June 13th for June 14th and that night my life partner was very ill and tested positive for COVID. He had a 100 degree fever, chills, bad cough and more. We called immediately the morning of the 14th and they said we still would have to pay the $405.00 fee for the room. They didn't even say that if they filled it, they wouldn't charge us. My life partner was so ill that we missed his son's graduation. I contacted corporate and they said the Best Western Hotel was privately owned and the decision was up to the local manger. The corporate staff agreed that our request was reasonable but since the location is privately owned, the manager makes the decision. We even asked for a credit for a future time. The manager was not helpful in any way. To her rules are rules and severe illness is not accepted as a good enough reason to cancel. I am very upset with the poor service given to us.

Will not refund money if you get COVID. Made a reservation for college graduation but AS A 70 year old I came down with bad COVID the day before. The hotel was charging $405 for a night during graduation and refused to cancel and did not try to resell the room. They just unapologetically pocketed the money.

Dark and dingy Walked in and immediately apparent that I did not want to stay here for three days. Staff, however, was very kind. The hotel is old, dark, sticky, and all I wanted to do was leave. The fitness room is from 1980, the breakfast room felt unsanitary. Turned out my balcony room opened to parking lot. At 3 am someone was outside our exterior door screaming profanities and I thought he was going to break in. Happy to check out and won't be back.
