Cean and safe I have stayed at this hotel several times and find in affordable and comfortable. I prefer to stay out side on New Orleans for various reasons. Safe and secure.

Unclean Dirty. Little effort went into cleaning. The only way I was able to stay was to think of it as camping. We did not use the shower while we were there because it felt unclean and the towels seemed dirty. Minimal effort put into cleaning. Wipe counters, door knobs, remove control, etc. bleach towels and sheets. Mop.

The place was Nasty! This place was filled with Rust, Mold and Raw Sewage! This was unacceptable to be under the name of Best Western. I feel DECIEVED!

Outdated and poorly Maintained Stained moldy sheets and grungey surfaces abound on this property. The saving grace was the ideal location and that it was one of the few properties that had a room as we drove through. Breakfast contained hot food items but was not restocked frequently enough and the machines did not appear to be well maintained.

Not A Pleasant Experience The room was musty, damp and dirty. Mold in the bathroom, filthy tub. Hair and dirt in the sink. Horrible.
