Not up to par. This hotel needs some serious updating. This hotel needs some serious updating. We are Hilton Honors members and this is not typical of a Hilton. The first room assigned smelled strongly of dog, the second of mold/mildew and seemed the air conditioning hadn't been run in quite some time. The third room was ok, but I will not stay or recommend this property to anyone. The front desk did its best.

Very poor customer relationship during my 3-night stay at the hotel I asked several times to clean my room from 3 different daily shifts. Every time the on-duty staff took a note and promised to take care of the issue. And every time the issue was not resolved. It seems like the staff did not really care about my requests at all. Finally, when I approached the front desk on date 2 of my stay - after multiple attempts to get my room cleaned, the lady at the front desk did her best to resolve the problem. Very disappointing. Hilton always was known for a great customer support and relationship, and this type of situations do a lot of damage to Hilton's reputation.

Avoid this hotel....I'm surprised that Hilton allows their name to be attached to this property. I'm very surprised that Hilton allows its good name to be attached to this hotel property. When I checked in, the front desk clerk said that I had to pay a $50 pet fee (not a deposit) for having a dog. She told me that they'd just redone the rooms. I wouldn't have booked this location if I'd known about the fee, and told her that. She checked with her manager and told me they'd let it go "this time" but not next time. (They don't need to worry about next time with us.) This fee was not disclosed when I booked the room, but now they have added it on the Hilton Honors website, but only when you book. Then we go up to our rooms to find old carpet in the hallway--it's easy to spot when you find waves in it. In our room, we couldn't tell if the carpet was new or just plain cheap. My wife found a huge stain on the mattress on her side of the bed and wouldn't sleep there (she slept on the couch instead). There were stains from a water leak down the wall near the bed. What redone rooms are we talking about? We would have loved to actually have had one! Then for breakfast the next morning, there is a "buffet" that consists of the barest possible offerings: bread items (with no way to toast anything), instant oatmeal, and fruit. It wasn't even Hampton Inn quality. No hot items at all unless you order al a carte. They were charging the same price for this "buffet" as another, quite lovely Hilton Garden Inn in Lafayette where we'd stayed the previous week. While we were dealing with all this, I asked one of their staff who owned the hotel, and they told me they didn't know for sure. "It's a little crazy around here....I think it may be bank-owned." The picture came into focus quite clearly at that moment. Do NOT give this hotel your business. The value for what you'll pay is not there in form whatsoever.

Moldy and needs maintenance I have stayed at this hotel previously, and it was fine, but this visit we were put in a moldy smelling room and then my eyes started watering. Yes, they moved us to a different room but that new room was dirty too The carpet is coming up in some hallways. It’s just in general disrepair.

Terribly mismanaged The hotel itself was great. When booked online through Hilton it specified a breakfast was included. Hotel said no. We weren’t the only ones, others complained. We went down for breakfast and seated, a table of five was seated after us and after we ordered. They got their food before us. We complained as we had simple meal, they had combo meals. Itvenddd up my husband’s meal was cold and even though mine was on ticket, it was not cooked. It was cooked after argument between wait staff and kitchen, then got it. They dropped my charge. Then when we got to our room, the key cards did not work. Husband called front desk and he had to go and get new key cards 4 floors away, and this was BEFORE 9 am. Then when he got back and we were in room, housekeeping came loud and banging to get into room BEFORE 9 am. They were doing it to other rooms and waking people up. Checkout time isn’t until 11 am. I told the girl at front desk this was a horrendously mismanaged hotel.
