Excellent We had an excellent experience at this hotel. We were traveling with our 9 year old grandson and reserved a room with a sleeper sofa. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was immaculate. The breakfast choices were good and staff kept this area very clean. We checked in after driving 14 hours and the clerk was efficient and friendly.

A nice newly renovated hotel. A nice newer Holiday Inn express. Unusually for me, I didn't have a reservation, but check in was easy and the staff was pleasant. I got the room I wanted. The room was decent sized and clean. The bed was comfortable. The room had all the stuff I needed; decent size TV, microwave, fridge, etc. the bathroom was clean. for being close to the highway the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good. A pleasant stay.

Out of Town proved cheaper and quieter Just a short way out of Town (West-side) off Hwy 119 - a wickedly fast road if that is your way. Beware Rush Hour traffic. Good comfortable night's sleep & quieter than I expected, as it is close to that Highway, but raised above it. Food options abounded, but we opted to not drive and walked. Breakfast was fine too - Cool Server - thanks.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!!! WORST HOTEL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! We never received any notice that the hotel was under construction and the fitness center and pool were not available. Our room phone did not work and our bathroom floor was disgusting. They also refused to take responsibility and provide any compensation. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!!!

Avoid; No water and no notice. Truly dreadful experience. Water shut off in the the morning and hour before checkout with no notice. All water -- toilet, shower, sink -- apparently for the entire hotel. Otherwise, hotel lobby in disarray. No restaurant . Staff largely indifferent. Reading reviews, this has apparently happened before at this location. Avoid.
