Perfect location! This hotel is in a great location for Crossville. Your not at the Bucee's exit so there is no traffic here. Easy to get to town for plenty of restaurants. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did hear some freeway noise (only when the air wasn't running) since our room was facing the freeway. Not sure if you would be able to hear that on the other side of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again on our next quick weekend getaway to East Tennessee.

Wouldn’t Stay Again Booked king pet friendly room but when we checked in, were told there were no king pet friendly rooms and switched us to 2 queens. Room was small. Bathroom clean. Carpet didn’t feel clean (possibly because it was pet friendly). Evening staff friendly.

Great place to stay for traveling through area. Great place with nice clean rooms this place meets the Hilton standard. The staff were awesome and breakfast was ok but hey it’s free. Our room had a great bed and for those traveling through I would recommend this place. I also felt it was a safe area.

A great hotel with great people A great hotel with great staff, clean rooms, and a safe location. I highly recommend. The staff are very kind and professional. This is one of the better Hampton Inns that I have stayed in. I stayed here for one night, but I could have stayed several nights comfortably. I used to work at a Hilton as a second job. I know a good Hilton family property when I see it. This is a great place.

Great stay We had a great stay there recently. Janet was extremely helpful and Brian was a great welcoming party. They both made the trip extremely pleasant. Accommodations were great and in a great location. Room was in good shape, as were the facilities. We definitely will stay there again!
