Worst hotel We paid for another night to stay in yet they don’t remember us paying for it so we got kicked out and we had a crap ton of bags and the family member with the car wasn’t even here so we’re having to wait for them to even come pick us up They don’t remember us paying for another night even though we did and it’s very hot outside too.

Always A Good Experience I usually stay at the motel a couple of times a year. Once in May and again in August as I travel with a bluegrass band. Have been staying here for years and have never had a bad experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable and parking is readily available and easily assessable. The motel is directly off of Interstate 40 so there's an easy on and off to continue your trip. There's also a gas station/ convenience store directly beside the motel to stop, gas up, and grab a few snacks. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out is always simple and no one at the motel has ever refused a request. Anyone having a complaint about this property, I suspect, are incredibly hard to please.

Horrible motel Bad very bad tried to keep 100. What a joke. Dont lose their tiny slip of paper or you lose 100. Guy made me stand there as he literally read word for words rules of motel pointing to each word. Not professional

Crossville, TN Super 8 We enjoyed our stay here. We were only here one night and it was quiet and comfortable. We were disappointed to learn that the pool was closed indefinitely and the snack vending machine wasn't working.
