Great hotel for manatee tours We had a great stay here for one night. We were in town for a manatee tour with Fun to dive. Made it a great location as it was a quick 5 minute drive down the road. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and beds were very comfy. Breakfast in the morning has lots of choices such as biscuits and gravy, egg, sausage, bagels, yogurt, muffins, fruit and free coffee all day. The lobby also has a little shop with snacks so you can purchase so you don’t even need to leave the hotel. We used the salt water pool which was refreshing and a nice way to end the day. Would definitely recommend if you’re in Crystal River.

Average but fine for a night.... We arrived super late but check-in was a breeze – very friendly, and we were welcomed with freshly baked cookies which was a nice touch. There’s plenty of free spots to park. The room was spacious and clean, nothing fancy, very basic but good value. We skipped the pool, but breakfast was ok, a few hot options and some cereal/pastries – nothing overly special but good enough if you just need a quick bite, especially since it’s free. They do use a lot of plastic for cups, cutlery, and plates though – please try and stop this! Overall, the hotel is close to the heart of Crystal River, and was good value, we would recommend.

worth the money Arrived after a flight into Orlando so was really tired and Amy was a lovely first face to meet - she was really helpful and she made us fresh coffee! The room was comfy, clean and large and we slept well. Breakfast was great - both mornings! We did however have to travel to eat anywhere.

Clean, comfortable place to stay when going to swim with manatees As many visitors to the Crystal River area are aware, there are no high-end hotels available. So, mid-range to budget it must be. For those of you going to swim with manatees, the key is convenience to wherever your boat is departing from. This hotel was very close to the dive shop and convenient to restaurants and shopping. They have a heated pool and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt very welcomed. They have a limited number of luggage carts (the space is small at the entrance so nowhere to store lots of luggage carts so you will need to keep an eye out to score one). Waiting on a luggage cart might be an inconvenience if you are in a hurry. I would definitely stay again the next time I go back to Crystal River. Also, the parking lot is not that big so you might have to drive around the hotel to find a space if you are arriving later in the evening.

Quite possibly the best Holiday Inn! The hotel was clean and quiet. They are doing everyday room refreshing so you get new towels without having to go to the front desk like many hotels we have stayed in. Very friendly staff too. We stayed there for 3 nights and they had a different breakfast every morning. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet. Great stay!
