Good Location We stayed here for two nights. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We found that the shower had good water pressure. The only negative of the room was that the bathtub was slippery (the hotel should look into putting in standard anti-slip coating in it). The walls were a little thin in that we could hear people that weren't being very noisy in the hallways. The location was perfect for what we needed and was right off the highway. There was plentiful parking. The staff we interacted with were very friendly. We needed to park a vehicle in trailer in the parking lot, so parked right in front. Parking lot is tight. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Mixed review Professional and friendly staff. Mostly pretty clean. Mattress comfortable. Breakfast ok for what it is. Beyond that, the heating/cooling was very uncomfortable (you are either hot or inundated with cold air blowing directly on you). The TV remotes do not seem to operate the TVs. There were pretzels left by some other guest in the pull out couch.

Good one night stay in convenient area We recently stayed here for a one night girl's trip. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. PROS: Location - right off 400, close to lots of stores and restaurants, 15 mi to N Ga Outlets, Starbucks, food, gas all very close Parking - plenty of spaces, self parking, no charge the park The hotel did not seem crowded, which was nice. No lines/waiting/hassle Heated indoor pool - our girls used this and enjoyed it Friendly Staff - they were cheerful and check in/check out was easy & painless They accommodated early check in request (1 hr), high floor and same floor rooms Room - comfortable beds, clean and spacious (esp the suite) Clever touches ("firm" and "soft" stitched into the pillow cases, plenty of hooks, built in bench for luggage, desk with lots of charging ports) Mini fridge in room that wasn't crammed with items for sale (they should consider adding a few gratis liquid creamers for the coffee - powdered creamer is blech!) It was quiet at night in spite of being near the hwy and in a busy commercial area Hot breakfast was included with our rate CONS: This is not a luxury hotel - no valet, room service, spa, etc. but you don't PAY for that Some areas of our room showed its age - chipped paint, cabinetry a little worn In room coffee was terrible (but that's true for most hotel chains at this price point) Hot breakfast was just ok, nothing amazing but there were plenty of choices Front desk staff was thin - once when we called, no one answered; another time they were in the back and we had to call out to them to have them come talk to us Security - anyone could walk in the front; elevators did not require key to access upper floors; exterior doors on the sides did require key access (thank goodness!) Overall, it was a solid choice for what we were doing. I would recommend it for those who are looking for a clean, comfortable stay without breaking the bank.

CLEAN, comfortable and will definitely return if I’m in the area. Very clean and efficient hotel. Check-in was easy and pleasant. There was a short line and the front desk agent handled it well. The room was spacious for a standard king. There are plenty of lights, plugs and the a/c worked very well (I like it cold). The bathroom had great lighting and was CLEAN! The bed was very comfortable, well made and clean. Pillows are on the soft side, which I prefer, and comfortable. The TV worked well. I called the front desk twice and Sonia answered both times and was exceptionally kind. I let her know about my stay and she was so grateful to hear. She has been working here for 13 years and said her manager is wonderful and really tries hard run a great hotel. So many times front desk agents get the brunt of complaints. She said that the way her GM manages, enables her to take such pride in her work and to represent the hotel.
