I love Sterling Hotel I stayed again and as always I had a great time, The room was newly decorated and had brand new carpet. I felt like I was in a Luxury Hotel!!! I will definitely be back again and again. The staff was pleasant and the manager was very helpful when my car would not start.

The bar is open! I had the chance stay last night again at the Sterling Hotel. I enjoyed it very much. My room was clean and had nice soft towels and a comfy bed. I stay there everytime I come to Dallas for work. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

Great Hotel! I love this place. It was my second time to stay there and I enjoyed it very much. They have a new Mexican Restaurant (Alexander's) with great food and great prices. I had the grilled fish and it was truly the best fish I have ever eaten. The staff was great especially the night auditor Jonathan. I will definately stay there again and again.

overpriced and broken...everything I stayed here for 1 night in the simmer of 2019 - it was horrible! I work nearby, and one afternoon my car broke down. I live in the mid cities about 20 miles away, so I got a room at the Sterling Hotel for the night while my car was repaired. The lobby is VERY nice - they have a lot of quinceaneras there. However that's where the "nice" ends! my room was $113.00, for that, I got a concrete floor, no towels at all, the room phone was visible broken, and from another room, the mini fridge was empty and didn't work. I called down to the lobby on my cell phone and requested towels and was told they were being washed. 2 hours later, I went down to the lobby and spoke to the "manager"? and again asked for towels - they did eventually arrive about 45 minutes later. I walked around the hotel to get some ice and just to look around a little. The ice machine on my floor and on three other floors were all out of order. The elevator had a 3 inch hole in the side so you could see the cement block wall go by, and the door to the parking garage on my floor was broken so that it was standing open about 1 inch - the door had a security system so you would need a key to get in - i it wasn't already open! Just to finish it off - no breakfast what so ever - not even donuts and coffee! I will say that the a/c in my room was excellent. Bottom line: really nice place for a quinceanera or party, but DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! a motel 6 has nicer rooms... and towels, ice, etc...
