no such thing as late check out terrible service had arranged to have a late (noon) check out, only to have the maid call me at 11:02 and tell me they were going to charge me another night if I didn't leave immediately!!! Grrrrrr

Nano I didn't have any problem with the room it was clean what I could tell and there wasn't anything wrong with it at all other than the foot towel to step out of town for the shower I don't think there was one but that was it other than that I all and all I liked it

Stay away! Terrible hotel. If I could give this place a zero, I would. Booked with my points, just needed a place to stay on our way home from Florida. Booked 2 rooms on the first floor with King beds. Called this morning to verify the rooms, I was told everything was all set. When we arrived, we were told that there were no rooms on the first floor with King beds, and we would have to go on the 2nd floor. Then she told us there was no elevator. So we sign for the rooms, and head to back to go up the stairs. My radar went off when I saw all of the work trucks parked out back, and a nasty looking stairway, that we had to walk up. I hear this very loud music blaring out of a room upstairs. As I am walking up the stairs, the door is wide open on the room right next to mine, and all of these guys are hanging out in this room with the loud music. I open up the door on my room, and the smell of smoke was enough to knock me over. I couldn’t get out of that nasty rat trap fast enough. This has to be one of the very worst hotels that I have ever been in, that bears the Wyndham name. Steer clear of this one!!! I am getting my points back, but it takes 3 to 5 days to get them credited to my account.

Short on sheets Run down needs renovation. Not enough bedding one top sheet. Did not know it was a two story walk up. Thank goodness we were on 1st floor. Did not feel comfortable having a shower very run down Okay for a quick road trip. Price was right
