Didn’t expect such a genuine welcome The moment I entered the facility I was promptly acknowledged. The interaction between the Front Desk Representative was not the run of the mill normal type of check-ins. The representative genuinely made me feel welcomed and special. The room was nicely appointed and the amenities were good.throughout my stay, I’d see the representative provide a high level of welcome to all the guests checking in. It’s this level of KINDNESS that should be the norm!!!!

Very satisfied The Hotel was very clean. Good smell. All friendly workers. In a nice area. Breakfast was really good. The hotel was so quiet. Even the elevator was very clean. We will stay at this hotel again. I bragged to my Family!!_

Not so good So normally I don’t post bad experiences however this needs too be seen by a manager. Being Diamond, I obviously stay a lot. My stays in Houston I find my history shows more Marriott than Hilton properties and I remember why now. Every time I stay at a Hampton Inn in the Houston area, I notice a problem with prostitution in a room near mine or physical watch the drop off/pickup happen. This trip was no different. I realize management can’t control what people do with a room, so this is a reflection on the type of people who live/travel to a hotel in the Houston area. Although I haven’t experienced this at any of the Marriotts that I can remember. 3 times total so far at two separate Hampton Inns. Loud screaming (the type of sound is obvious, and wall banging sounds). Typical this is not something which would continue more than once with a newly wed couple or in the middle of the day and middle of the night consistently each day. I’ve stayed in hotels in vacation areas during spring week which were less “loud”. Another Hampton I was at had frequent car break ins even with the “security guard” sleeping in his car through the night, apparently. Now for this location, the other issue I had during my stay was deactivating key cards and door readers not working. I think the door reader for the side doors including the rear door worked one day out of 6 of my stay. My key cards worked 2 days out of the 6 to let me in the room. The above mentioned issues are something I would expect to experience at a lesser quality hotel chain, not a Hilton property. For the record my coworker staying at this hotel did not experience the same things I did although that coworker was not in the same area of the hotel either. Although this hotel is convenient for my training, I will not be returning.

Great place to stay Stayed here for the weekend while visiting family in the area. Room was great with a decent fridge, microwave, a/c worked great, and other great amenities. Room however could use a little more insulation as you can hear conversations once the you have gone to bed. Also by the pool a light was out and the fixture around it was broken and the glass was right by the pool fence, should have been picked up. Pool was a little cold and quite a bit of debris in there and the hot tub. Course they did have storms for a few days. Still a great place, people working the front desk could be a little more nicer. Big plus was the big tv in the room, Samsung 50" and great picture.

Nice place Had a business trip with others from my office. My boss usually stays here so we all did. Easy check in, very clean room, nice amenities and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again, thanks for making me feel welcome
