DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY BOOKING WITH THIS HOTEL. This place need a lot of work done.. NEVER AGAIN I would not recommend this trash hotel to anybody. Even my worst enemy. It was my birthday, not only the hotel was trash, their services was down for about 2 hours. Lobby was full with people, messed up with everyone’s checking in time. And I asked the manager for more time since their computer were down, I was told by the manager no, he couldn’t give me extra time. It was not fair to have people checking late and not giving extra time especially when I was on time. When I finally checked in, went inside my room. There was a lot of thing missing and also my room carpet had a stink smell, and old carpet. I almost got hurt, there a blade on the carpet by the mirror. Very bad experience, I will never book with them and recommend this place to anyone.

Tacky, noisy, poorly maintained. I recently stayed here and, let me tell you, this place is anything but "quality". How long have the huge gashes in one of the wood floored elevators been there? Years is my guess. Some of the furniture in my single suite was chipped along the edges, the bathroom wallpaper was obviously not done by a professional as there were rough edges and clumps of dried glue along the edges, and the toilet was not working properly, requiring several flushes. One of the bulbs in the bathroom was in need of replacing. Now, we come to some of the other people staying there: Does this place have no rules about noise after, say, 10:00 PM. There were people talking outside at full volume, even shouting, at hours like 2 or 3 AM! Then, there's the almost relentless traffic noise as this place is very close to 95 and exit/entrance ramps as well as it's being near a trucking center for the Publix chain of supermarkets. I got almost NO SLEEP the entire 5 days I stayed there! Housekeeping attended to my room only 2x's while I was there. Now, I realize this may be due to COVID but there were no signs to make guests aware of this. Never f***ing again!

Pretty bad, dirty, cigarette butts and outdated I reserved as part of a Delta Vacation package. Certainly not a 3.5 star! First, the sign with the hotel name was gone. Elevator was so old, filthy and worn with holes in the flooring. Elevator smelled like an ashtray. Found cigarette butts all over the stairs and hallway leading up to my room. There were items of trash that were not removed from the hallways for 3 days. The room's furniture was dated and scratched up. There was some water or mold damage under the fridge. The dehumidifier bucket was scummy from not being cleaned.The water spigot had been put on backwards and the hot water came out of the right (not left) the metal on the spigot was rusted. The whirlpool was dirty and not even really warm. The bottom of the pool itself looked dirty or stained as well. Not well maintained at all! The owners should be ashamed!! I am sure they have never stayed in their own facilities. Oh, and the grab and go breakfast? Frozen sausage or bacon croissant sandwiches, a mini muffin and half a breakfast bar. The food at a gas station may be better. Also, I got up the first morning to go to breakfast and check out the pool at 7am and there was a guest drinking beer in front of my door. Quite a Sunday morning wake up. Hard to believe all those other reviews are for real!

Not Bad Ive stayed in better and Ive stayed in worse but so far I have nothing bad to say about this hotel and I would stay here again. I never remember names but shout out to the Front Desk and Housekeeping staff

Weekend get away Needs a lot of up keep done . The bathroom sink did not drain very good. The coffee maker did not work. The toilet did not flush very well had to hold the trip lever down the whole time . The shower had a new shower head in it so that was fine.
