Right off I35!!! We stay here every time we vacation up North. Rooms are always great but I have learned to go check out the room before you move in all your stuff. It super paid off this time. We needed a handicapped room and walked into our assigned room. The smell almost knocked me over - I would have sworn their was a dirty diaper or sewer problem. Got from desk Mike to come and enjoy the fragrance. He agreed something wrong and immediately moved us into a lovely room. Room was clean and we slept good that night! Thanks Mike!!!!

Front Desk won’t help; avoid this old property We are loyal Choice Hotel customers and we’re appalled with this location and frustrated we paid money for this place. -The bathroom door couldn’t close, allowing for no privacy. We were there a Thurs-Sat and asked each day for it to be fixed but it never was. -The wifi was also awful. Couldn’t load apps, let alone stream any videos. We asked for help with that as well and received none. My husband needed to do some work Friday and was unable to do so. -Breakfast was very sparse and subpar with overcooked powdered eggs and missing several things that most Choice Hotels have such as peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar free syrup. -The building in general is in disrepair. Everything needs painted and new carpet. Not up to par with typical Choice properties.

Dirty, Disgusting, Disappointed This is probably one of the worst hotels in which I’ve ever stayed. It had panels missing from the ceiling in common areas with the insulation hanging out. There was a hole in the hallway wall that had not been patched or cleaned up. The room appeared to have clean sheets. But not sure that much else in the room had been cleaned. I used the phone to call the front desk and the buttons on the keypad were so dirty I didn’t want to touch them. The outside door on the bottom floor at the end of the hallway was broken. Anyone could walk in from the street. There were unkept, possibly homeless, people walking in the parking lot with shopping carts. The fire alarms went off at 12:30 AM. They told me that this was happening every Sunday. Not sure why it had not been fixed if they were aware of the issue. And also not sure why we weren’t warned ahead of time. After all of this, I definitely did not eat the breakfast. It was filthy and I will absolutely not stay there again.

Disappointed stay Asked for handicapped accessible room - checked in about 8 pm. 2 nd floor room 202. Several rooms down from elevator PAST all the handicapped rooms ! Didn’t know till I arrived at room - by then I just decided to try & make best of it. Tried to get a swim around 9:15 and unable to access. Signage said SPA closed & couldn’t see the hot tub was not in service however the pool was functioning. I went to the front desk to see if he could open the pool for me thinking it was a malfunction with my key, yet none of his keys worked either. VERY DISAPPOINTED as I’m post hip replacement & enjoy swimming as part of my therapy.

DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY BEYOND MEANS This location has severe cockroach infestations and overall insect issues. First room had a urine like stain and hole in the sheets, go to desk they switch and next room has red and brown stains with no sheets. Switched AGAIN, just to hear another customer had been switched for the third time because of cockroaches. Made it to our THIRD room just to find cockroaches inside and no sheets yet again. This location is aware of their issues and are clearly unbothered and will continually rotate you to the next disgusting room and unsanitary conditions can present themselves. Absolutely disgusting and do not recommend. Desk staff was helpful but they knowingly are aware of the problems and attempt to play it off like as if it’s an isolated incident when it’s clearly not.
