Good hotel convenient for the airport We got the free shuttle from Denver Airport, be aware it goes from the west side of the airport. We weren’t aware there were two sides until we asked another driver about the shuttles and he informed us. There was quite a queue for the bus and we were lucky and managed to get on, others weren’t so lucky and were quite annoyed, maybe needs increasing from the every half an hour service we were told is provided. A short journey to the hotel, check in was pleasant and swift. We headed straight to the bar for a few welcome drinks courtesy of their complimentary evening reception. We went up to the room which was spacious and comfortable, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, well equipped, really nice. Popped back downstairs to the bar and ordered some food, nachos and chicken tenders, absolutely lovely and more than plenty for the two of us to share. Had a good nights sleep, went for breakfast in the morning, standard food really, lovely omelettes cooked to order. Avoid the cranberry juice though, tastes like pure syrup! All in all a good choice for an airport hotel

The good , bad and the ugly Good The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The Bad The room was not clean. Check-in was rote and rude. No welcome no eye contact. The happy hour was slow, and the food terrible (looked like oatmeal dip). They charge $18/day for parking. The Ugly Neighbors toilet flush was loud enough to wake me up several times in the walls. Sink faucet was broken. Lots of hall noise. 1/2 a window was very strange. We will not return

The worst, most unprofessional front desk people in my 30 years as a business traveler. The worst, most unprofessional front desk people in my 30 years as a business traveler. The hotel management arranged for air duct cleaning from 1 AM to 3:30 AM, using power tools that were incredibly noisy. Even when I attempted to sleep on the sofa in the next room, the noise was still unbearable. When I called to complain, I was forwarded to the hotel manager, who was on vacation. They then stopped answering my calls, so I went down to the front desk and asked if they could stop the work, explaining that I had an important meeting the next day. I requested to be moved to another side of the building but was told the hotel was oversold. Willy at the front desk told me to either go to sleep or leave the hotel. The next day, when I checked out, the front desk manager, Kelly Bray, denied my request to speak with her. I had stayed for a week, and no one advised me about the air duct cleaning, nor did they offer an apology or a credit for the night. The entire front desk staff is poorly trained and in need of proper training, and their manager should be fired. The security guard did a better job calming me down and apologized, explaining that these were third-party maintenance workers and they had no authority to stop them.

Convenient One-Night Stay with Friendly Service I stayed at this hotel for one night in January 2024 and found it to be a convenient stopover on my way to the mountains for skiing. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service, which made my arrival hassle-free. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which added a nice touch to my stay. The breakfast provided was good, and the common lounges were comfortable and well-maintained, offering a cozy place to relax. One thing to note is that all area restaurants shut down quite early, so plan accordingly for dinner. The rooms, while clean, were a bit old and had a musty smell. However, for a one-night stay, it was manageable and did not detract too much from the overall experience. Overall, it's a good option for a short stay, especially if you're en route to the mountains.

Noisy Construction Starts at 6:30AM -- May 2, 2024 There is (undisclosed by hotel) road construction ongoing on E. 71st Ave. adjacent to hotel. The noise begins around 6:30AM and is going to wake you up and keep you awake especially if you have a north or west facing room. I get it that it's not the hotel's fault but I would have liked a warning an opportunity to try to switch to another room or another property. Otherwise, clean and well appointed Embassy Suites hitting all marks on brand standards. Nice addition of a fair number of free snacks in the rooms.
