Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Airport

Awesome stay! For a budget hotel. This place is amazing. Staff at checkin is amazing. Bed is incredibly comfortable after a long day of traveling. The best part is that shower has great water pressure and water gets hot fast. I will stay in the future for sure.

Great Stay The room was warm and comfortable and I will be coming back. The restaurant and diner up the street were perfect for a night time snack. The breakfast bar was clean and it smelled really nice in the lobby and rooms. Very easy commute to the airport for early traveling in the mornings

Soso room, terrible shuttle system Very dated hotel. The room itself is ok. The elevator smells very musty. The hallways are minorly better. The hotel shuttle only runs once per hour and they were very reluctant to have it run again. Also you must make sure to call and get directions on how to get the shuttle as there are two sides where the shuttles pick up (though there are no signs telling you that), and unlike most of the hotels, that do not go to check for people on both sides. Their phone system is also not good. It said to dial 2 to schedule a pickup, but dialing 2 did nothing. After finally getting the front desk (I gave up after 15 rings the first time. Someone finally picked up after 25 or do rings the second time). Only for us to be told that the hourly shuttle had just left from the other side (that we didn't know existed). After complaining, they finally said the driver would come back to get us, but it would be at least half an hour. We ended up just shelling out $42 for a cab. We could have just stayed at a higher end hotel that runs shuttles more frequently and checks both sides for passengers. That's what I would recommend to anyone considering staying here for a night.

Bedbug problems in room 225 We spent one night at Microtel, Denver. I woke up the next morning.While arranging my bed, I found a bedbug in the sheets where I had been sleeping. My brother reported it to the manager, who offered us Wyndam points, but did not admit there was a problem and showed little concern for our intention of protecting future patrons.

I would visit again Nice family stay. Clean and comfortable. Continental Breakfast made a nice start each day. Nice in house 'convenience' store for snacks They were updating while there shows continued care and upkeep . Friendly staff and other customers. A place to stay with family.
