Beyond rude front desk lady. Totally ruined our family night I came to this hotel through Priceline express deals. I would not have chosen it & it turns out with good reason. The front desk lady was not at all friendly when I simply called to confirm my resv. Then during check-in she was somewhat better. My adult kids came to have dinner with me. When they 1st came, she asked them right off where they were going. I've never seen this before. Then she asked me at 8p how many people were in the room. At 11:08p she interrogated my son, asking him if I was in my room & she needed to talk to me. When she called she said no guests after 11p or she would have to charge me for 4 people in the room. WHAT? Nowhere at no time did anyone say I couldn't have guests after 11p or I'd get charged for them. Are you kidding me?? At this time we were having severe thunderstorms & had warnings out all over. I explained that my kids weren't leaving during the storm, that their ride was having issues due to flooding & what was the problem? She didn't care. She even hung up on me while I was still talking, which is completely unacceptable, unprofessional & totally rude. All she cared about was getting money out of me. Did I mention that I was charged a $100 dep even when I used a card? I've only seen a deposit when paying with cash. It looks to me like this hotel just wants to get more money out of people. They can say/do anything they like, they have your money. I've stayed at a million hotels in multiple states & have never seen anything remotely like this. This hotel is ran by people from India & in my experience in dealing with them multiple times over the years, not one of them has been polite or courteous to white people. Does that sound predjudicial? You can decide that for yourself. I have been working non-stop for the past 2 weeks straight & wanted a break. I couldnt really afford to get this room & I just wanted a quiet, drama-free night with my kids. Theþþ front desk lady made sure I didn't get that, as well as making my kids feel very uncomfortable being here. I will never stay here ever again & I will also tell everyone I know to do the same.

Overall comfortable experience I had a king size bed room, it was very spacious. It even had a pull out couch. The room was very clean and furniture in good condition. The ac was cool and functioning well. The breakfast served downstairs was good enough. A good selection with hot food as well.

blood stained mattress Blood and urine stained mattress, front desk woman argued with me to get a new room. That mattress was also stained with blood and urine. Moldy smelling rooms with no working hot tub, and unsanitary pool area. Did not stay the night, cancelled reservation. Area was industrial in nature, felt like I would be mugged. Unprofessional and rude staff. Worst hotel I've ever went to.

Not unless you must Don’t stay here if you have other options. For my needs it was okay as I needed to be close to the airport - it is very close. The bed cover was covered with what appeared to be grease stains, but sheets appeared to be clean. Breakfast was sketchy . . . weak, weak coffee is not what a traveler needs at 0500. Passed on the food :(
