Some good many bad The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, the limo to SEATAC great, but the noise level was such that one could not sleep betwen the road (all night) and airplanes that slowed down after midnight. The worst thing is my companion's catalytic converter was stolen during the night. This is a one person operation. they need security cameras in the parking lot that are monitored. They have neither.

Run! Poor customer service! The worst experience of my life. First of all, it took over an hour for the Shuttle to get to the airport, and another hour to get the keys to my room. And then, the lady in the front desk gave me keys card that doesn't work. I was upstairs, and had to back downstairs twice, and the Key card still won't work. After the second go around, and it was raining too, I asked to cancel my reservation and she refused and just walked away and sit back in the office. At that point, I knew that I would rather go and sit on the chair at the airport, than spend the night at a roach motel with a nasty employee. At that point she said she could book me a room on the ground floor, but cannot cancel my reservation, that I have to call the manager in the morning for that. Overall, please stay away from this place if you could. Needless to say, I had to leave the hotel at 12 midnight, without a room and no refund! But hey, I would rather sleep on the chair in the airport than that that so called hotel.

IF YOU LIKE TO READ IN BED, BETTER STAY SOMEPLACE ELSE Room has two beds with a table in between which is attached to the wall. The only thing on the table is a phone stolen from the Super 8 motel. No lamp. The only light in the room is above the window. Too dark to even read in bed. went to the desk to see if they have any lamps. They don't . I said "how about a room with a lamp?" She thought that was funny but didn't even take me seriously

Beware! Very rude service. Never try to book this hotel Booked online via booking.com for 2 rooms/2 nights for $600 and when got there very late 11pm, a very rude staff simply told us there was no room available and did not bother to service us. I got so mad and pissed off and asked him why since we had a confirmation already and he just walked to his room in the back.

Beware- Don’t use this business Don’t Ever Use this business. We paid ($300) for secure parking while we were away and returned to our whole back window broken out. Attendant on duty handed my husband the car keys and said “we accept no responsibility, get in your car and drive away.” They say they check their “secure” lot ever 30 min but in reality the GM who we spoke to the next day had no idea what had occurred nor did she care. The back of the car was soaked thru so it had probably been vandalized for quite awhile and they never knew or cared. “We take no responsibility” seems to be their only reply. How can a business not have basic liability insurance. They are cheaper for a reason. Beware of their scam business. Don’t use this lot located at 22246 Pacific Hwy S, Des Moines, WA.
