Quiet nights rest The parking lot needs refinishing. The lobby floor could use a good cleaning. The room was clean and the beds were better quality than Fairfield and Tru brands we stayed at on this 2,500 mile road trip. The A/C in the room was cold but humid, kind of like a water cooler but not quite that bad. We were on the 1st floor and it was a quiet room and we never heard walking above us and the hotel was full. The employees were all nice. The breakfast was very good, better with more variety than Fairfield or Tru brands. This is not a fancy place, it’s not high end, it does however provide a quiet comfortable place to rest for one night while on a long road trip. You will find the fellow guests to be blue collar and families on a budget. The area has a couple hotels, restaurants and gas stations for travelers. Would stop here again.

Bring your hearing protection Too close to interstate. Staff was great, breakfast was as well. Room was clean. However, the road noise was intolerable. Luckily, I had some Bluetooth earbuds that I could put some sleep sounds on to be able to go to sleep. Not worth the $200 per night for sure. We love HI express but not this one

Travelling This location is on a regular route that we take to visit family and we've stayed here before. The property is going downhill. The staff is not professional and does not dress professionally. Most of them look like they just woke up. The breakfast area was not staffed and food was not replenished. The tub needs replacing.

Dark parking Friendly desk clerk and excellent breakfast. Our room had a burnt out light bulb and no foldable suitcase rack. We were able to get a replacement bulb. About half the parking lot lots were dead. We complained about that because we don't want our car broken into. The desk clerk did not seem to have a plan to fix the poor parking lot lighting.

Loud truck stop experience Terrible experience 2 nights for wedding in the area Window Shade was stuck in the down position I informed desk with a response “we’re trying to get that fixed. Sorry Buddy” Cable TV was primitive using 2 remotes Ask for rooms NOT facing interstate on ramps It sounded like a truck pull all night long Improved windows would be a big help Breakfasts were nice Rooms outdated but clean Our room was certainly dark
