Love the hotel... but it is gone now consumed by fire while I was there. Love the hotel... but it is gone now consumed by fire while I was there. I hope they rebuild it. After 20 years going there every year I fell sorry for the hotel and the great team the have working there. I hope to see everyone back in business next year.

A must do - highly recommend I stayed here for one night, with my partner, his adult daughter and two girlfriends- at the end of our European roadtrip of four weeks. It started snowing early the day we check ed and this made the chateau even more beautiful, if that's at all possible. The Chateau is amazingly beautiful. Loved absolutely everything about - somewhat confused about the bad trip adviser reviews - I don't see how a review can be anything other than brilliant. The rooms are idyllic and romantic and you feel as though you have stepped back in time. We all dressed up for dinner and ate in the chateau's restaurant. This too was an amazing experience, thank you Rudi, great service and wine recommendations. Isabelle, who assisted us during check-in and throughout stay really knows how to make your visit here very special. Staying here was one of the best things we did in our 4-week trip although I would recommend a longer stay Of 2-3 nights rather than 2. This is a must do!

Nothing was good except the views I used to stay in this place years ago when I was a kid, and I did remembered as a nice place, unfortunately not any more... the facilities are very tired and the staff don't do anything to improve the experience.

Great stay, Lovely old charm - good food We had a last minute same day booking for the autumn deal. We were very well received and our room was upgraded to a traditional room. Room was very nice, flower decoration although not usually to our taste but it went very well with general chateau decor. Room was very very comfortable with a small living room. One small minus point, I would say would be the that we had only 2 small round windows which were too small for my taste. Generally we enjoyed our stay. Given the weather, it would be great to have a spa, if only hammam , sauna or steam bath. I think these would be a great addition for the hotel. Staff are great and very welcoming. We had a set menu for dinner at the restaurant. Food was generally good but can be better especially given the a la carte dish prices. In all a very good weekend stay.

a bit old and breakfast is horrible! we have stayed twice in this chateau in the past we came again this autumn for another stay. the building is charming and inviting the rooms are a bit oldish and not really up to date. Due to some issues with the central hitting our room was changed to a better one. Dinner was superb one of the best we had in France although the service was very slow and disappointing. The sommelier was disappointed from us because we ordered a small bottle of wine and never bothered to fill the wine glasses for us! Breakfast was really bad no verity of food! bread was not fresh and the coffee cold and not tasty! real pity for that. it seemed to us that this chateau that used to be a glorious place is deteriorating and mainly lacks good management.
