Excellent Value Hotel, Definitely Recommend We stayed here following a concert at the PNC Arena in Pittsburg. We were greeted by a very friendly front desk attendant and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. In the morning, the woman managing the breakfast was very friendly and it was clear that she wanted guests to be happy and satisfied with their stay and their meal. We will definitely return here again when visiting the Pittsburg area for a concert or other business.

Nice hotel for getaway Nice hotel for a quick getaway. Pleasant staff and rooms clean. We did not eat the free continental breakfast so I can't comment on that. Not sure I understand the $150.00 security deposit (that is refunded).

AWFUL I have never left a review for anything before but felt I had to share. This was the absolute WORST place I have ever booked. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures, the lobby reeked off strong cologne and was very dirty. There was dirty plexiglass hanging in pieces from the ceiling at the check in desk. The attendant was friendly, however, had very bad body odor. Nothing was mentioned about breakfast. There were 2 other men flying around the parking lot in an SUV coming in and out of the lobby with a dolly - maybe taking things to rooms - but it was 10pm, so it was a bit strange. We didn't know the rooms had exterior doors. As we pulled up to our room, the 2 men from earlier whipped in a few spots down from us and started unloading things from their trunk and taking them into a room. Again, probably nothing, but strange at 10pm. Upon entering our room, the smell of cigarettes, stink bugs, and mold was very strong. My young daughter was sobbing and scared of the location (kind of wooded) and the exterior door with one lock only. The beds were concave and obviously very old. We didn't walk past the beds so I don't know the state of the bathroom. The whole room was run down, dirty, and smelled awful. It honestly looked like something you would see on Breaking Bad! It was just her and I and we were so uneasy there that we left asap, leaving the room keys on the stand in the room, bypassing the lobby. Upon leaving, the 2 men from earlier were also coming out of a room a few down from us (again, weird timing) and we noticed another man just sitting in his car in the dark two spots over from us. All the rooms were dark, so I'm not sure what his deal was but can most likely guess. This feels like a place you could probably pay by the hour. I don't know what hotel others stayed at that gave good reviews saying it was clean, etc because it definitely wasn't this place. Because I booked through a 3rd party, I couldn't get a refund but I didn't care because we just wanted to get out of there.

Worst place ever Everything from the floor to the ceiling was dirty. Walls…dirty. Floor….dirty bedding…dirty. Bathroom…disgustingly dirty. Had several stink bugs around the sink. That was gross. Don’t be fooled by the low price. Best part was checking out to leave. I’ll never stay here again.

Nice hotel Room was clean and spacious with lots of hot water. Bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows and blankets. Breakfast was better than what most budget hotels offer and staff was helpful. It’s definitely a plus to have parking at your door
