Great location, Friendly Staff Stayed at this hotel numerous times. Always reminds me of the library from the board game "Clue". :) Rooms could be a little more spacious and updated, but overall it's a great experience. Staff are super super friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable.

Value for Money This hotel was really good value for money, it sits just outside the city so quick trip in a taxi and you're central. The rooms are nice, the bed comfy and the staff are super friendly & Nice too. I would avoid the breakfast, it's a bit pricey for what it is and not that tasty.

Not Great We stayed here last November. Lovely when you walk in but room really disappointing. Cracks in tiles in bathroom. Funny noise like a broken fan just under us so couldn't sleep at all. We did say it to the girl on desk next morning and she was really rude. Basically told us ' tough'. We weren't the only ones complaining. The 2 couples in front of us had plenty to say too. When i said we wouldn't be staying here again she just shrugged her shoulders. Would not recommend a stay here.. Avoid avoid avoid!!

Good hotel, solid start to the day Booked in for a short business trip to the fair City. Larger hotel than I expected. Very spacious lobby. Staff were friendly and very helpful. My room was overlooking the Rugby stadium but no problem with noise as there wasn't a game on. Decent room, bed was a bit soft, if like me, you prefer to sleep on a hard bed. Breakfast was good next morning. Would use again.
