Perfect Stay A lovely clean spacious room. I have only high marks for the Quality Inn in Dumas. Easy check in. Staff were great. A nice area to walk your dog. Very quiet. The breakfast area was immaculate and offered the usual items which is all you need in the morning. The outside grounds were maintained nicely. A very welcoming place

No Frills, but Sufficient This hotel is no frills, but sufficient. Friendly staff at check in, spacious room, comfortable bed, very clean. Breakfast was fairly basic. It is showing a need for updating, but the comfort and cleanliness is good enough to encourage me to visit again.

Going home Would stay again. Quiet with friendly staff. Breakfast was meager, not much to pick from. Beds were comfy. Property was clean and well kept. I don't have 200 things to say it's early and I'm done typing. Nice parking area if you happen to be pulling a trailer.

Clean and convenient This was mostly a 5-star place. Staff is super friendly, it is well-maintained, and it is clean (also my nostalgia was touched by the classic phone on the nightstand and the wallphone in the bathroom _). The walls are a tad thin, but the AC/heat unit had a fantastic fan for white noise that also helped drown out my mom's snoring in the other bed. I'm giving 4 stars because: 1) even though the room was impressively clean even in the corners and tile grout, there were several long dark head hairs (maybe fell off the housekeeper while cleaning?) in the bathroom and sink area and a small bag of dirty clothes in the closet that a previous guest forgot and apparently housekeeping didn't open up the doors to double check the space; and 2) because I was bummed that the only hot breakfast was waffles - I love those, but I also like the eggs with it. But I would totally stay here again!

good place traveling west and found this place. great location, walking distance to foods and shoppin g. average kinda place to sty, safe.friendly staff. walmart nearby . small town easy to get around. can stink downwin d from cows. but still good location
