Passing thru Front Desk Clark was quick and prompt , as soon as i pulled up the motel was looking questionable but when i walked into the lobby it smelled clean and looked clean , Room updated but the bedding looked dirty

Rude and Inhospitable I called in to ask a few question about choice reward points and he was all friendly until I asked about card deposits. Even though I politely agreed to give my debit card for room damage potentials, as soon as I asked about my service animal (who has papers and is certified by the ADA) the front desk clerk immediately hung up the phone without a word and when I tried to call back twice ignored the call as if we weren’t just speaking. To be honest, if that’s the type of mentality of the hotel staff then I can only imagine the “quality” of this hotel: Garbage. Go elsewhere if you expect to be treated like you’re not a dollar sign.

would not consider staying here again. We stayed here a few days due to power outage at home. Not to fond of this place. Rooms were not very clean. Towels and sheets were dirty. Carpet in the room was very dirty due to motel letting customers bring there dogs in rooms. If only they would keep the rooms as clean as the lobby area. I am sure there is a lot of expense of maintaining a motel but I feel that they make enough money to compensate for expenses to do some updating.

Bare Bones Accommodation Cars were parked less than six feet from my door. Nothing went badly wrong during my stay, but this is a "bare bones" MOTEL. If you are traveling through and only spending one night and need to get on the road early, this might work. It doesn't cost much, but you don't get much either. If all you need is a place to sleep for the night, this place works. But, it is not designed for more than one night. Area surrounding hotel is full of trucks and noise. Early risers packing can wake you up since the rooms are so close to the parking. Realistically, there are better choices nearby.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE First room was dirty and on top floor they have no elevator just steps that were in horrible condition. Moved to bottom floor the room had a horrible smell and the door didn’t close all the way I could literally peak through crack and see outside so I would be sure people outside could do the same looking in. Nothing worked pool was closed and ice machine out of order. Checked in about 4 and left around 6 I encountered drunk/sketchy people just walking to the broke ice machine. With the traffic riding through and the people there I knew what the night was going to be so I left bc I did not feel safe there with my child. Went about two miles down the road and the lady at this hotel desk told me I made the right decision bc it is known as the drug/h*e hotel.
