Too Expensive! Good location near downtown Anchorage. Available rooms in short notice. But too expensive for the quality of its service.

Served its purpose Sketchy area. Horrible parking/parking lot. Front staff was nice. Room less than desirable. Same weird Wyndham mirror on bed wall. Toiletries and water pressure poor. Bed clean and comfortable. Rest of the room very “motel”. Shower rod barely hanging on. Very dim, poor room lighting. Good rate $$.

Disappointing is too kind of a word. I had to go find the hotel staff to check in since they were too busy chatting in the break room to attend customers. The "continental breakfast" consisted of store-bought bagels and cereal. I stayed in the room 15 days and the bedding was not changed - NOT ONCE!! Pillows were not remotely comfortable. they did manage to take out the trash every other day and change the towels every so often. If you have low standards and like to waste money, this is the hotel of your dreams.

Do you like toaster food and getting injured? Initially, I was content with the hotel. That is until my mother was hit by an unsecured cabinet door in the knee, and it nearly bludgeoned my baby in the process. Front desk staff were unbothered. The breakfast is toaster food and cereal. If you have a gluten intolerance, steer clear, I wish I would have.

Horrible staff...TV ancient...two remotes required. Dark screen. Bed horrible...soft and not the king we made reservation for. They call this a suite...it was anything but
