Days Inn by Wyndham Eagle River

Scarecrow Fest / Octoberfest Only at hotel at night to sleep and had breakfast both mornings with my wife. Just in area for the different events in the area.

...just bad We had reservations for a three day stay for a family reunion. We went The area around the door we entered was dirty, with waste high weeds, a dirty plastic trash can, and a dirty glass door. The red carpeted steps leading up to the 2nd floor were dirty and worn. The toom itself smelled like dirty feet, and looked dingy and uncared for. We just couldn't do it. We forfeited our non refundable reservation and moved down the road to an inviting and clean place. I'm sure the Days Inn has potential, but someone needs to care enough to clean things up and update the ammenities.

NOT PET FRIENDLY NOT PET FRIENDLY!! NOT! Don’t stay here with any pets! They might eat them! From India the front desk man and very shady. I fully disclosed when I made the reservation my full credentials for my service dog and emotional support cat. And told him again about both prior to his charges on my credit card at check in. They do not hold the money at check in and charge at check out like other Wyndham Hotels. They fully charged my card then told me my cat was not allowed. I’m like? What? Give me my money back, and I want the receipt showing that. He got very aggressive while the Wyndym Rewards lady on the hotline told me that I had a right to have a receipt showing he was canceling the reservation and giving me my money back. She said yes she could hear him being very unprofessional and not following Wyndym protocols and that she was going to give me a complaint number for this matter. Don’t stay here and don’t give them your credit card number. The worst experience at any Wyndym Hotel ever. Not competent to be able to see your room requests you give when you make the reservation in the Wyndym App.

Ok stay in Eagle River Housekeeping did not resupply everything the two times we asked for it. Wyndham hotel, sheets are supposed to be replaced every 3 days. We stayed 9 nights and sheets were never changed. Back of the property had garbage overflowing and a couch laying in the grass. The room overall was clean except for mold in the shower head and around the shower lever. We have stayed here for many years because it is convenient to restaurants and gas stations. We will stay again. Hopefully the new owners understand the expectations of staying at a Wyhdham hotel.

Friendly service We were tired when we checked in but front desk service Jessica was extremely nice made us feel at home
