Great place to relax Hotel was clean, odor free and very pleasant. It was quiet, room was very comfortable as well as the bed. Breakfast was great. Check in and check out very easy. Employees from check in, breakfast and check out were ALL very friendly. We travelled with our service dogs and were not disturbed at all. This hotel accommodates pets better than any place we have ever stayed. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The only draw back was not refrigerator in the room, but we managed.

Bad decisions? Hotel is fine. Older but overall clean. Don’t expect any perks or consideration for issues. It’s all about dollars here. The Fairfield is newer and better or the Hilton Garden on Kent Island will Be the font’s from now on. Spent thousands on 8 rooms and am a lifetime diamond and couldn’t get an hour extension in checking out. Never in all my years traveling has this happened. Oh well. Lesson learned.

Horrible staff We had a lovely stay for 2 nights Memorial Day weekend. We came down for breakfast at 9:45 with doors to the area partially closed. We thought they must be prepping early for a 10am close. The woman came out yelling, WE ARE CLOSED twice! This person is not fit to work hospitality business. She yelled at my husband saying we closed at 9am. All we were getting were pastry pieces that were left out. Three recommendations: Post clearly hours of operations, extend operation hours on holiday weekends and most importantly, provide staff sufficient training.

impossible to reach someone at the desk 1-Room by my side starts a party at 11 (I had been sleeping since 9) 2-I try to contact the desk: impossible! You can not do it using the room's phone! 3-I go to reception: no one there! I clap, yell, make noises: no one show up. 4-I start knocking on doors and find an employee 5-Employee says he will talk to them. The party is still on. 6-I go back to reception with my bags and ask to change room, he tries to argue. 7-"If I go back to that room, you will need to call 911", so he changes my room. 8-So I can enjoy 3 hours of sleep thanks to the hotel's inefficiency.

Great Staff, clean rooms in good condition! Outstanding staff and service! I stayed here for Waterfowl Festival (a very busy weekend in Easton) and inadvertently booked a king when I needed two doubles. The front desk staff was so accommodating in working to switch the reservation (even though it required contacting other guests as they were sold out). Our room was clean in great condition and housekeeping everyday was outstanding. Breakfast offerings were fresh, well stocked and offered great variety. Also this hotel offers freshly bake hot cookies in the lobby in the evening, which were a nice treat too. Very appreciative!
