Comfortable Night! Arrived late, left early! Beds were comfy, shower pressure was good. Night was quiet! The breakfast buffet started at 6:00 am, which was nice for our early start. Lots of hot/cold choices, easy access to Interstate as we continued to St. Louis.

Black mold in the bathroom Gross! Very old and black mold in the bathroom, wallpaper peeling off the walls, someone drew on the walls, there was a pubic hair in the bathtub, dust everywhere in the room like it hasn’t been deep cleaned, everything is old and dated, smells like stuffy old house. _Pass! The only reason we stayed was because we were exhausted being on the road for 8 hours and the last hour we were at a complete stop on the freeway from an accident. We were heading to HOME2 But it wasn’t open yet so we went across the parking lot to his place. Should have kept driving.

Heavy Mold/Mildew We stayed one night in a King Suite on the second floor. The first room we were given had a broken shower head, and the fridge did not work. We were moved to another room. The second room was located right across from the elevator and was worse. We opened the door to warm (AC was off and no air circulating). It had a heavy mold/mildew smell to it. We thought it would go away once we turned the AC on. It did not. We decided to bear with it due to the time. We got up early the next morning and left. This is not what we expected, and will not return.

Not as kid friendly as they would like you to believe First, I will talk about the good. The location is convenient, and it was quiet as we requested a room away from highway traffic. They do have a nice pool. When we got out of the pool, we went back to the room to settle down. Gave the 4 yr old a bath, and then got her in bed and was going to let her watch a little tv while she settled down. Yeah, about that. There were zero kids channels in their lineup. Found one channel that supposedly gave you an option for them, but they weren't actually available. Their tv is based off of Directv. I can make no comment on the breakfast as we were gone long before it opened.

Excellent and efficient service at the desk. The service at front desk was excellent! I hadn't reserved a room when I arrived but the clerk efficiently showed me a room and booked my reservation within 5-10 minutes of my arrival, she was very accomodating. By mistake I left a set of headphones behind, I called and the clerk tracked them down within 10 minutes. This level of service is unheard of in a 5 star hotel! I am very impressed, great job!!!
