Super clean rooms, great staff, good location Impressed. This property has been renovate. Super clean. Best part was walking into the lobby @ check-in and being greeted by not one, but TWO front desk representatives. Tanaria & Bridget were all smiles, and excited to see a Hampton Inn guest. They were helpful and happy; made me feel appreciated. What a treat! Wish all Hampton Properties had live humans at the front desk....... The room was pristine. Not one speck of dirt. Plenty of towels. Would recommend odd numbered rooms which face the back of the property. Even numbered rooms face the front. There is a Bar across the street that plays loud music. Unfortunately the renovation did not extend to sound proofing. So if you are a light sleeper - this will be an issue. Good news is a Steak & Shake across the street as well. As in 30 seconds from the lobby door - which is handy if you enjoy milk shakes. Well run.

Clean Nice hotel, lobby is quite nice. The room was clean and fairly quiet. I could hear steps above and people next door. I had a connecting room, which I don't like. I did not hear any road noise. Towels were plentiful and must have been new as they were extremely fluffy. Staff was friendly, but I was not asked to provide id and my room number was mentioned out loud when the woman was looking for keys. Fortunately, there was no one else in the lobby. Breakfast - well, it was plentiful. The eggs and sausage were not very good. I ended up throwing those items away. The apples were fresh and good and the area was wel tended and clean. Would stay here again if in the area.

outstanding!!! one of the few 5-star reviews I have given. modern, updated, clean room, GREAT breakfast… scrambled eggs, bacon, usual assortment of bread, nice dining area, and very accommodating staff. when there were issues with accessing our room digitally, the clerk took the time to come to the room, try it herself (didnt work), went back and researched a solution, found out it was an issue with our room mechanism because it worked on a common door. we are promised our bonus points since it was the room door fault, not ours. (will see how that goes). That is taking tome for your guests! definitely on our stay list when traveling I-57. located near many restaurants and gas stations with a Walmart nearby and ez on/off I-57.

Typical stay We spent a night here on our way to Florida. The room was clean and the pool area was clean and the pool was warm. The flashing lights in the hot tub are a bit overwhelming. Breakfast was the typical Hampton Inn style. The breakfast workers were a bit rude. The waffle makers were dirty and the lady was cleaning the one, my husband wanted waffles and offered to clean the other and she was very snippy in her response of no, that's my job. I get that, but we wanted to eat breakfast and get on the road. So no waffles for him. The other gentleman was making blonde jokes with another person eating breakfast. I could care less about the jokes, but maybe he could have helped clean the waffle maker so people could eat. We had breakfast and the waffle makers were still not cleaned. We would stay here again on our way through the area. The breakfast people were just not friendly on this trip. Not quite sure what the deal was this time. Maybe just an off day as we have stayed here before.

The arhictecture and modern style is amazing The archectecture, and the modernization are four stars. This IS a modern Hampton in that is surrounded by nothing that takes away from it. And I thought streeterville was 'cool' , this IS the newest Hampton I've ever seen. & The tub HAD a bronze metal stop BUILT in to the tub. IMAGiNE THAT, AT A HAMPTON INN!!! &, Canadian sweet sausage. FOR BREAKFAST. Good God, I thought I was at my grand mother's & Father's house when I was five, all over again. ****, FOUR STARS! Thomas, __✔️_️_❤️
