A lovely visit We had a great stay here. The hotel staff from reception to the cleaning team etc were all very obliging and very friendly and professional. My Grandfather was killed in action in WW2 and is buried in Valkannsward War cemetery so our visit was primarily to go there and take my Mom who is in her 80's. We had breakfast 1 day and it was lovely. Lots of choice and nicely displayed. We also ate in the restaurant on Sunday evening and had a wonderful meal. Robin is a credit to the hotel. What a lovely, helpful employee. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. We did have a problem with our heating but this was fixed with no fuss. The hotel is central with a car park and seems very well run. Whilst here we also visited Belguim , Arnhem and S'hertogenbosch. If returning to Eindhoven I would certainly return to this brilliant hotel. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. My only minor criticism is that the swimming pool was not in use. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Very highly recommended. Suitable for all.

Good hotel, can do better Very comfortable bed Spacious room and good amenities Although there’s some scope for improvement. We stayed for two nights and there was no room service during our stay. No water bottle was provided. Buffet is a reasonably good but fruits could be fresher. Good was tasty. Overall we found it to be a pleasant stay during the travel

Exec floor rooms excellent The lobby was being renovated when we stayed but was no real issue - it will look nice when finished! Room on executive floor was also renovated to good standard with good sized rooms and a great working area. Bed was comfy, free water provided and breakfast was fine.

Comfortable stay The hotel was conveniently placed close to the bus and train station making it easily accessible when arriving in Eindhoven. Staff were helpful and the hotel was clean and rooms spacious. We picked the hotel as it offered a pool and gym… the pool is not currently in use which wasn’t noted online disappointingly. The gym is very basic and dated and offers a treadmill rowing machine and bike with 1kg-10kg weights and two very old resistance machines, this could definitely do with being updated! Overall it offered good value for money with a good location.

Happy customer The room was lovely - spacious, comfy bed, clean bathroom/toilet. Breakfast had good variety, plenty choices - love the fruit salad, fruit juices, individual small packet soya milk. Polite staff, welcoming n friendly. Your staff Mylene was very friendly n warm. I felt welcomed. A good experience. Will come again _
