Amazing Experience The room was so clean and smelled fresh, right next to the elevator on the first floor and it was so quiet and comfortable. I’m so happy they had the (all Dove products not the cheap generic stuff ) shampoo/conditioner/ body wash dispensers in the shower because my little travel ones were almost empty. They have fresh coffee all day. The breakfast was great compared to other hotels I’ve been in recently. The young ladies in the morning at the front desk were fantastic, very helpful, and so kind. They recommended a place for dinner at the Flying Burger, and it was delicious. They just made the place so welcoming, almost home away home. I travel a Lot and I appreciate them so much

Wonderful hotel I stayed here for a week on a business trip in October 2019. El Dorado is a small city with few attractions, but if one is in the area, recommend this hotel. The staff is outstanding, friendly, and very helpful. Breakfast is considerable, with many options for all tastes. This hotel has a nice indoor pool as well, though this writer did not use it. My room was on the 3rd floor off the elevator and it was still quiet. The beds are comfortable and the rooms large. Cleaning services are at 8:00 am and thorough. A hidden gem in the deep south.

Turned out ok When we first arrived we were a bit leary. The parking lot and grounds were not well kept and there were 2 cars in the parking lot at 6:20 pm and at least one of those had to be an employee. Checked in, got to our room and checked it out and all was well. We went and grabbed some dinner and upon return saw a few more cars. The lady at the front desk was very nice. By 8:30 am the breakfast was not great but granted it had been sitting as there were very few customers there to eat. Our room was clean and as it should be, we were just taken aback by the shape of the parking lot and the lack of customers.

Charged for smoking - I do not smoke! Watch out if you stay here, I do not smoke, yet they charged me $250 for smoking. When I try to argue, the manager says she will get back to me, then doesn't. I had to keep following up and they sent me photos with no date saying it was me. Now I am out more than the cost of the original hotel stay. Avoid the hassle and don't stay here!!!

IHG member Nice place to stay in this town. The rooms were clean. The bath tub was clean. The beds were nice and comfy. Alot of company travelers were there at the time that I stayed. Check in was great and I did not have a wait a long time. I was greeted as an awards member at the front desk.
