Filthy Old Worn Out Dump Anyone who says to stay here is lying. I should of turned around when walking to my room. Old dirty carpets. Worn paint. Bathrooms absolutely terrible. Complained to manager and she said she hears that daily. In fact she handed me the trip advisor card to let everyone else know. What a dump.

Disappointed Run as fast as you can this place is straight nasty the building should be demolished ! Online pics of this place look better that what this place is in real life . DONT book if I was you ! I booked a I wish I never had a big waist of time

Very mediocre The best thing about this place is how close to the airport it is. Room had a terrible chemical smell. The air conditioner is very noisy. Which would all be fine if it was 65.00 a night but not for 135.00.

NEVER STAY AT HAWTHORN This El Paso Facility was a NIGHTMARE !. The AC unit froze up immediately. Changed rooms, That AC Unit struggled. No Hot Water. No AC in Hallways. AWFUL Place The only redeeming factor is the location to the El Paso Airport . Great Location

Poor service, Rundown hotel We are on a long trip and have been happy at Motel 6 and other budget motels and this one was worse by far. I had 2 rooms, arrived at 10:15pm and left at 8am. When arriving, 1 room toilet water was at the top, when flushed it flooded. We called front desk, they walked up, handed us a plunger and left. It continued to overflow all over the floor. The lights in the 2nd room didn't work in bathroom or room except 1 lamp. Then the toilet in 2nd room flooded. Front desk simply said 'okay' when I let them know. The staff response was unacceptable. Not so much as a sorry. Rooms were run down, carpet pulling away from walls, stains on walls and carpets. Breakfast was not good. Save yourself some money and go elsewhere.
